CASE OF GAMBLING
1. Case FIR No 92/11 dated 26.10.2011 U/S 13 of Public Gambling Act has been registered in PS Brow on the ruka of HC Kartar Singh alleging that on 26.10.2011 at about 5.15 PM during patrolling at Brow he caught red handed four person namely Chaman Lal, Vikram, Sajil & Vijay Bhushan as they are playing cards in public place and also recovered Rs 2500/- from their possession. Case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh I/O PS Brow.
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
2. Case FIR No 220/11 dated 26.10.2011 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Mahender Sen S/o Karam Singh R/o Village Sojha PO Panarsa Distt Mandi stated that on 26.10.2011 at about 4.55 PM when he was going from Aut to Kullu with Bus No HP-66-8400 and when he reached near kalheli in the mean time one Motor cycle came rashly towards Bhunter and collided with his Bus and one person namely Karam Singh died on the spot and another person namely Som Dev got injured. Case is being investigated by HC Uttam Chand I/O T/W Bhunter.
CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No 537/11 dated 26.10.2011 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sita Ram S/o Luharu Ram R/o Tiun Distt Kullu stated that on 26.10.11 when he going to do work at the Span in the mean time one Bazir Chand obstruct his way and beaten him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CHALLAN UNDER ANTI-POLYTHENE
4. One Challan under polythene act has been made by SHO PS Brow.
