CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS

1. Case FIR No. 330/11 dated 02.10.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Anni on the rukka of  SI/SHO PS Anni that on 02.10.11 when he along with Police party were on patrolling at village Kathar they found 3  biswa illicit Cannabis plant in the field of one Dharam Pal S/o Sh. Karam Dass R/o Kathar PO Tandi Tehsil & PS Anni . Accused not arrested. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Anni.

CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 355/11 dated 02.10.11 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Naveen Tanwar S/o lt Sh. Partap Singh R/o H.No. 118 Ward No. 7 Manali stated that on 02.10.11 at about 1.15 pm he was coming from Rambagh to Home, on the way Chaman Sharma obstructed his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by ASI Orinder Singh I/O PS Manali.

CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 356/11 dated 02.10.11 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Chaman Sharam S/o Sh. Ram Dass R/o Manu Market Manali stated that on 02.10.11 at about 1.00 p.m he was going to Rambagh , in the mean time Naveen Tanwar, Sheknder Sharma and one other person obstructed his way and beaten him. They also threatened to him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/o PS Manali.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 209/11 dated 02.10.11 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the rukka of PSI Ashok Sharma against Ved Prakesh S/o Sh. Beji Ram VPO Mohal district Kullu, as he recovered 5 liters illicit liquor form his possession during patrolling near Khokan road Bhunter. Case is being investigated by PSI Ashok Sharma I/O PS Bhunter.

CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No.  89/11 dated 3-10- 2011 u/s 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Brow  on the statement of Sh. Mahabeer Singh S/o Shankar Dass VPO  Naula Tehsil and PS Kumarsain  distt Shimla alleging that on dated 2-10-2011 at about 10.30 pm he was going to Ramupr on the way one Mohan Lal obstructed his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Brow.
