CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY
1. Case FIR No 536/11 dated 24.10.2011 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt. Hemawati W/o Sh. Jayant Modgil R/o H.No 28 Sultanpur Kullu stated that on 21.10.2011 at 11.30 AM Pradeep Modgil, his wife and laborer were working in their field and throwing stone on the public way near her house. When she asked Pradeep Modgil on this Pradeep Modgil and his wife wrongfully restrained and beaten her. Case is being investigated by HC Jai Singh I/O PP City AB Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND ENDANGERING LIFE
2. Case FIR No 219/11 dated 25.10.11 U/S 336,337,304A IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Neeme Ram S/O Prabhu Ram Vill. Shadinala PO Bajaura Tehsil & Distt. Kullu against Mahender Kesari MD Car free dealer Company Kalehali alleging that on 24.10.11 at about 11.50 Pm he received a information that Pritam Chand S/O Prabhu Ram Vill. Shadinala Po Bajaura Distt Kullu HP, Pritam Chand S/O Lal Chand Vill. Sarabai PO Bhunter Distt. Kullu and other workers are unloading the marble stone from Truck, in the mean time above marble fell upon Nanak Chand and Pritam and they got injured. They brought them to Hospital for treatment where Doctor declared Nanak Chand and Pritam Chand dead. Case is being investigated by ASI Nirmal Singh I/O PS Bhunter.

3. Three person namely Tam Bahadur S/o Bhim Bahadur R/o Golche PS Chauntra Nepal (2) Kishan bahadur S/o Dal Bahadur R/o Okrini Nepal (3) Karan Bahadur S/o Dal Bahadaur R/o Okrini Nepal have arrested U/S 41 (2) 109 Cr.PC near Gompa road Manali by HC Manohar Lal I/O PS Manali.

4. Two person namely Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Arjun Rana R/o Village Gadauri PO Shamshi Distt Kullu and Sudhir Sharma S/o SH. Bishan Dass R/o Gadauri PO Shamshi Distt kullu have been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.PC at Gaadari by SHO PS Bhunter.
CHALLANS UNDER MV ACT
5. 5 Challan under MV Act and fine Rs.400/- has been made by SHO PS kullu on 24.10.2011 and 4 Challan under MV Act has been made by SHO PS Brow.
