CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No 245/11 dated 27.10.11 U/S 279, 337, 201 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Jai Ram S/o Sh. Bholu Ram R/o Village Khani Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu stated that on 27.10.2011 at about 2.30 PM when he was on road near his house in the mean time one Motor cycle No CH-03Q-3934 came rashly towards Arsu and hit him and ran away from the spot. Case is being investigated by HHC Jia Lal PS Nirmand.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No 538/11 dated 27.10.11 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Prem Singh S/o Sh.Chhapae Ram R/o Badidhar Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that when he was going to his home one Vijay Kumar informed him that one vehicle No HP-34A-4345 fell down from the road. Case is being investigated by SI Yog Raj I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No 539/11 dated 27.10.2011 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Amar Singh R/o Devdhar Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on 27.101.2011 when he was in the shop of Happy near Shitla Temple at the same time Vikas and two other person came there and wrongfully restrained him and beaten him. Case is being investigated by HC Netar Singh I/o PP City AB kullu.

CASE OF THEFT

4. Case FIR No 540/11 dated 27.10.2011 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS kullu on the statement of Ravinder Thakur S/o Nirmal Singh R/o VPO Raison at present Pradhan Gram panchayat Raison stated that on 26/27.10.2011 intervening night some unknown culprits has stolen away the Solar panel light battery near Panchayat Ghar. Case is being investigated by HC Gian Chand I/o PS Kullu.

CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No 363/11 dated 27.10.2011 U/S 452, 506, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Praveen Sharma R/ Dawara Distt kullu stated on 26.10.2011 at about 11.30 PM three person namely Khem Raj, Himanshu and Monu knocked his house gate and his mother opened the gate and after that they entered his room and beaten him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I/O PP Patlikuhal.   

PREVENTIVE ARREST OF STRANGERS

6. 9 persons have been arrested U/S 41(2) 109 Cr.PC on 27.10.2011 at 9.30 PM at Dhalpur which is as under. (1) Padam Bahadur S/o Lal Bahadur R/o Surket Nepal (2) Suraj Singh S/o Chander Singh R/o Dhansari Uttrakahnd (3) Jeet Bahadur S/o Bal Bahadur R/o Pokhara Anchal Nepal (4) Dinesh S/o Mahesh R/o Rupande Nepal (5) Passang Lama S/o Prem Lama R/o Sindupal Chowk Nepal (6) Ganesh bahadur S/o Padam Bahadur R/o verdian Nepal(7) Suresh S/o Mean Bahadur R/o Kaligut Nepal (8) Ashok S/o Dhan Bahadur R/o Kaligut Nepal (9) Amar Rakesh S/o Lal Bahadur R/o Gulmi Nepal.  

CASE OF INQUEST

7.      Today at about 1.45 PM on Telephone call recived from ambulance 108 To P.S Manali that one Prem Chand S/O Sh. Sher Singh Caste Rajput R/O Village Chheak P.O Maseran Tehsil Sarkagat Distt. Mandi Age 49 who was working as chowkidar in HPTDC Manali and was posted at Monalsu hotel restaurant Near Dungri. He was going to his quarter at Dungri to take the lunch on the midway near Durga Temple due to heart attack he died on spot. In this regard dead body of the deceased brought to dead house Manali to conduct the postmortem. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being  conducted by ASI Daya Ram I/O P.S Manali.
