CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATHS

1.  Case FIR No 575/11 dated 12.12.11 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Balbir Rana S/o Prem Chand R/o Benchi PO Raison Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on 12.12.2011 at about 1.30 PM one Jeep No HP-34B-3299 met with an accident which was coming from Jalora to Shirad in which 4 persons injured and 4 persons died on the spot. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 261/11 dated 13/12/2011 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the report of Sh. Giri Raj S/o Lagan Chand R/o Dhara Patahra (Sanghar) P.O. Madana sub Tehsil Sainj Distt. Kullu H.P. alleged that on 11/12/2011 he was present in the house of his brother at village Sarahan to attend the ceremony of his nephew. On 12/12/2011 at about 4.30 P.M when he along with Khem Raj and Dharam Pal were going to the house of Budh Ram in the time Kishan Chand R/o Narada obstructed his way and  hit with wine bottle on his head and used filthy languages. Case is being investigated by S.I Paras Ram I/C P.P. Sainj.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

3.    Case FIR No 381/11 dated 13.12.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Danabee Devi W/o Daleep Singh R/o Nepal at present Chowkidar Dharam Chand R/o Chhiyal Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu stated that today at about 12.15 PM when she was coming back from Alu ground along with her son Jari Singh, daughter janki & Sunita and when they reached near Budha camp in the mean one Auto No HP-05-0723 came towards Manali and hit his son Jari Singh. Case is being investigated by HC Rakesh Chand I/O PS Manali.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND OUTRAGING MODESTY

4.      Case FIR No 351/11 dated 13-12-2011 U/S 341, 354 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Jamna(Fictitious name)  W/o Ganga Ram R/o Luharla PO Tandi Tehsil Anni stated that on 13-12-2011 when she was going along with her son to their second house ( doghara) and when they reached near Nai Gad in the mean time  Sabir Singh S/o Mashu Ram R/o Ghult obstruct her way and outraged her modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI Hira Singh I/C PP Luhari.

5.      21 Challan under MV Act has been made by I/C traffic Bhunter and fined Rs 5400/- ,16 Challan under MV Act has been made by I/C traffic Kullu & fined Rs 500/- and 3 Challan under MV Act has been made by SHO PS Brow.
