CASE OF THEFT AND FOREST ACT
1. Case FIR No 356/11 Dt. 25-12-11 U/S 41,42 IF Act & 379 IPC has been registered in P.S Anni on the ruka of SI/SHO when he along with staff were on patrolling near Jaon at about 02-45 AM, two vehicles no HP 49 A-172& HP 49A-0551 Pic-up 407 came towards jaon. He stopped the both vehicles & checked. During checking of both vehicle, the forest product Dora (plenipotentiary) total 95 bags = 2840 kg found in illicit possession of owner / driver of above vehicle. The name of accused (s) person are 1. Yesh Paul S/o Mina Ram R/o Ghat P.O Chather Tehsil Banjar , Dalip Singh s/o Katku Ram r/o Poudi , Kushal Sharma s/o Kishan Dev r/o Bandal P.O Goshaini , DVR Rakesh Rosham S/o Sher Singh r/o Douri P.O Kalwari banjar distt Kullu , Roshan lal s/o Mulu Ram r/o Danotu , Thakur Dass s/o Devi Ram VPO Jugala tehsil Sunder Nagar distt Mandi . Case is being investigated by SI/SHO Anil kumar P.S Anni.
CASE OF POLICE REPORT
2. A Police Report U/S 290/510 IPC has been prepared by ASI Tek Chanad I/O P.S Brow against Ved Ram S/o Bheklu Ram R/o Dunkhri P.O Shalang Tehsil & P.S Kullu Distt Kullu while he was found creating nuisance at public place in drunken condition.
CHALLANS UNDER MV ACT
3. 41 challan under MV Act has been made by the Traffic wing Kullu.
