CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No 355/11 dated 23.12.2011 U/S 341,323, 506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Vishal S/o Tilak Bahadur R/o Nepal at present VPO Anni stated that on 23.12.2011 when he was going to his quarter on the way Rasham & Raju obstructed his way and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Anni.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 104/11 dated 24-12-2011 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the statement of Sh. Brij Sharma advocate S/O Sh. B.N. Sharma VPO Nirmand distt Kullu alleging that on 24-12-2011 at around 10.30 am when he along with Basnat pal was going towards Nirmand in a Alto car No. HP- 06B-5050 when he reached near Shataldhar, in the mean time one Mahindra Camper No. HP- 35B-0116 came rashly from opposite side and met with accident. Case is being investigated by ASI Tek Chand I/O PS Brow.

3. 7 Challan and fine Rs. 1700/-. Under Motor Vehicle Act has been done by TW staff. Kullu on 24.12.2011.
