CASE OF KIDNAPPING FOR MARRIAGE
1. Case FIR No 383/11 dated 20.12.11 U/S 363, 366, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Smt Poonam Sood W/o Sh. Anil Sood R/o VPO Naggar Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu stated that on 20.12.11 when her daughter namely Rozy (Fictitious name) age 17 years came back from Govt. Senior Secondary School Naggar along with her friend Ms Jitendra in the mean time Ranbir and Bindu forcibly took her daughter in Maruti van No HP-02K-0213 with the intention to marry with Ranbir with out her consent. Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Pal I/O PS Manali. Accused has been arrested and the victim also recovered and handed over to her parents.

2. 32 Challan under MV Act has been made by I/C traffic Bhunter and fined Rs 3000/-, 55 Challan under MV Act has been made by I/C traffic Kullu and fined Rs 2000/-
