CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1. Case FIR No 262/11 dated 18-12-11 U/S 61-1-14 Ex Act has been registered in PS Banjar on the rukka of HC Krishan Lal against Khebe Ram S/o Khub Ram R/o Lahund tehsil Bajnar Distt. Kullu as 45 liter Lahan has been recovered from his possession. Case is being investigated by HC Krishan Lal I/O PS Banjar.
CASE OF TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND RIOTING
2. Case FIR No 354/11 dated 19-12-2011 U/S 447,427,149 IPC has been registered on the application of Duni Chand S/o Surtu R/o Kanda Aran PO Showad Tehsil Anni that on 23-09-2011 at about 2.00 PM Mangal Chand, Kanshi Ram, Bahadar Singh, Yash pal, Lehnu, Maina Devi all resident of Kanda Aran PO Showad Tehsil Anni all entered in his land and damaged his apple trees and caused loss of 20000 /- and threatened him, his wife, daughter in law with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Tain Singh I/O PS Anni.

3. 45 Challan under MV Act has been made by I/C traffic Kullu and fined Rs 1400/-, 30 Challan under MV Act has been made by I/C traffic Bhunter and fined Rs 4500/-, 2 Challan under non-biodegradable garbage (Control 1995) act has been made by SHO PS Brow.
