CASE OF SEIZURE OF CHARAS
1. Case FIR No. 243/11 dated 22.12.2011 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the rukka of HC Nand Lal I/O PS Bhunter against Akshay Singh S/o Sh. Ajay Kumar R/o Chatwar KHS District Agra (UP) , as 95 Gms Charas was recovered form his possession during traffic checking at Jachani. Accused has been arrested. Case is being investigated by HC Nand Lal I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF TRESPASS AND HURT
2. Case FIR No. 585/11 dated 22.12.2011 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sangat Ram S/o Sh. Pekh Ram R/o VPO Kasol Tehsil & District Kullu stated that on 20.12.2011 three person namely Suresh Kumar, Hukam Chand and Archana came into his hotel premises and gave beaten to him, as a result he got sustained injuries . Case is being investigated by HC Jamal Din I/O PP Manikaran.
ARREST UNDER HP POLICE ACT
3. One Shyam lal S/o Sh. Partap Singh R/o Copykhet PO Heat District Battari Anchal Nepal age about 36 years at present tenant of Sh. Bhagat Singh R/o Shishamati Kullu has been arrested in PS Kullu under section 114,115 Police Act at Sarwari Bus stand on 22.12.2011 at 10. 25 pm.
CHALLAN AND POLICE COMPLAINT
4. One Challan under MV Act & one police complaint u/s 145 cr.pc has been made by SHO PS Brow on 23.12.2011 against Jeepi Ram S/o Jamku Ram R/o Chatti Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu and Gian Chand S/o Sh. Bali Ram R/o Kharya PO Kinnu Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla at present JE PWD Brow.

5. 108 Challan under Motor Vehicle Act has been done by PS staff Bhunter on 22.12.2011 and 97 Challan & fine Rs. 1900/- under Motor Vehicle Act has been made by TW Staff Kullu on 23.12.2011.
