CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No 576/11 dated 13.12.11 U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Bimla devi W/o Bhag Chand R/o Loran Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated on 13.12.11 when she was going to  Kullu bazaar in the mean time three persons namely Jhabe Ram, Mahanti Devi W/o Jhabe Ram and Ashwani S/o Jhabe Ram restrained her way and used filthy language and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by SI het Ram I/C PP City AB Kullu.

CASE OF BURGLARY

2.      Case FIR No 577/11 dated 13.12.11 U/S 457, 380 IPC has bean registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt. Bhawani Devi R/o Dhalpur at present CHT GPS Kota Aage Distt kullu stated that in the intervening night 12/13/12/2011 some unknown culprits has stolen away two no of cylinder, two pressure cooker from the kitchen of GPS Kota Aage. Case is being investigated by HC Jai Singh I/O PS Kullu.  

CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No 237/11 dated 13.12.11 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Bunter on the statement of Raju S/o Man Bahadur  R/o Parla Bhunter Distt Kullu stated on 13.12.11 when he was going to  his home four boys namely Dipu, happy, Vipul and Vipan obstructed his way and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Jitender Kumar I/O PS Bhunter.

CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No 352/11 dated 14-12-2011 U/S 354,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Julli (Fictitious name) W/o Kewal Ram R/o Loshati PO Lagouti Tehsil Anni stated that on 13.12.2011 when she was washing her clothes at Dhar near Loshati at about 4.00 pm one person namely Gurdayal s/o Katku Ram R/o Kaderna PO Lagouti came there and outraged her modesty and used filthy language. Case is being investigated by ASI Rajinder Pal I/O PS Anni.
