1. Case FIR No 120/11 dated 2.6.11 U/S 302, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Ramesh Kumar S/o Lt. Sh.Ses Ram VPO Naggar Distt Kullu stated that on 24.5.2011 his relatives told him telephonically that his brother Roshan Lal has gone out side from his house Akhara Bazar Kullu for 3& 4 days. On 25.5.11 his wife Smt Sunita Devi lodged missing report in PS Kullu, but Ramesh Kumar has doubt that Sunita Devi and her brother Raj Kumar & Dharam Dutt has killed his brother. Accused has not been arrested .Case is being investigated by S.I. Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kullu.
2. Case FIR No. 94/11 dated 02/06/11 U/S 32,33 IF Act and 379 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the written complaint of Sh. Satnam Range officer forest range Bhunter stated that during the interim inquiry ACF Parwati Division Shamshi that illicit felling of 32 trees of different species has been found in Neul forest. Value of illicit felling is 56.50 M.Q and value of Rs. 2588084/-. Case is being investigated by ASAI Jaspal Singh I/o PS Bhunter.
3. Case FIR No. 95/11 dated 03/06/11 U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the report of Khem Raj S/o Hari Singh R/o Choj PO Manikaran stated that on 02/06/11 he was coming from Patlikuhal after duty towards Manikaran in own vehicle , when he reached near Bhunter bridge . In the same time one vehicle No. HP-01K-0666 came from back side and obstructed his road and two persons came out the vehicle and beaten him and also broken the front glass of his vehicle. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/o PS Bhunter.
4. Case FIR No. 85 dated 02/06/11 U/S 452,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Mr. Chet Ram S/o Sh. Param Dev R/o Sidhiyar PO Geragushani Sub. Tehsil Balichowki District Mandi at present shopkeeper in Manali stated that on 02/06/11at about 4.30.pm he was in his room one person namely Lal Chand R/o forcibly entered to his room and beaten him and also threatened with dire consequence . Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Pal I/o PS Manali.
5. Case FIR No. 84/11 dated 02/06/11 U/S 279,336,337,201 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Hem Raj S/o Sh. Prem Lal VPO Kalath District Kullu stated that on 02/06/11 at about 2.30.pm he was crossing the road near Hotel Grand , in the main time one car rashly came from Manali and hit to him, as a result of which he sustained injuries. Vehicle driver run away from the spot. Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam pal I/o PS Manali.
6. On 02/06/11 one person namely Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Banarsi Dass Chauhan R/o Jabe Mohalla Tehsil and District Panipat (Haryana) has been arrested in under section 41(2) 109 Cr.PC in PS Kullu ,as he was found in suspicious condition.
7. On 03/06/11 one person namely Vipin S/o Sh. Maher Chand R/o village Channala PO Jagatsukh district Kullu age about 23 years has been arrested under section 114,115 Police Act in PS Manali by HC Manohar Lal I/O PS Manali, as he was found in drunken condition.
8. Case FIR No 58/11 dt 3-6-11 u/s 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Kamlesh Kumar s/o Payare lal vill Sarach PO Aut Distt Mandi age 21 years stated that he has been living since nine months in his in-law’s house at vill Bharthidhar Teh Banjar distt.Kullu. today at 9-45am when he was going along with his wife smt Sita Devi for working in field then Rewtu Ram s/o Dharam Dass and Neetu s/o Dhani Ram vill. Bharthidhar came and stopped his way and start beaten him also threatened him. . Case is being investigated by HC Krishan Lal No 17 I/O PS Banjar
