CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND RIOTING
1.Case FIR No 150/11 dated 24/06/11 U/S 341,143,147,149 IPC has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the application of Pawan Kumar, Raj Kumar
and Kushal Thakur A/P S.R. Manager Barrage H.R.T Hydro power project
Sainj alleged that on 20/06/11 at about 11.15 am they going to work
site for Neuli in a bus along with other HPPL staff on the way at
Neuli Smt. Nirmala Devi Pradhan G.P. Deuridhar, Budh Ram Pradhan G.P.
Garaparli, Ghungarmal Pradhan G.P Shangar, Smt. Indra Devi Pradhan
G.P. Suchain, Ravti Ram Up. Pradhan G.P Suchain, Roshan Lal R/o
Neuli, Ram lal President Vistapite Parvati Kalyan Samati , Raju R/o
Shangar and Om Prakesh R/o Sainj obstructed their HPPCL bus and also
forcibly stopped the work of power project site at Niharni . Case is
being investigated by ASI Naresh Chand I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF ARREST OF PROCLAIMED OFFENDER
2.Case FIR No. 286/11 dated 24/06/11 U/S 174A IPC has been registered
in PS Manali on the ruka of ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali against Kirti
Seth S/o Sh. Ram lal R/o H.No. B-23 Apartement Andhiwast G.P road
Mumbai had been declare as P.O by the Ld. Court of JMIC Manali U/S 138
N.S Act . Above person has not appeared before the Ld. Court despite
declared U/S 82 Cr.PC . On 24/06/11 above person surrender him in the
court of JMIC Manali. On enquiry it was found that he has appeared
before the Ld. Court despite proclamation. Case is being investigated
by ASI Daya Ram I/o PS Manali.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
3.Case FIR No. 3632/11 dated 25/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act, 447 IPC
and 32,33 I.F Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of
ASI Kesar Singh I/O PS Kullu that on 24.6.11 he along with Police
staff were on patrolling /special campaign to destruction of cannabis
crops at Kutla Forest near Tosh and found encroached forest land
about 30 bighas cultivated illicit cannabis plants by unknown person
. Case is being investigated by ASI Kesar Singh I/O PS Kullu.
