CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
1. Case FIR No. 358/11 dated 23/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has
been registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of PSI Yog Raj that on
22.6.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling /special
campaign to destruction of cannabis crops at village Gadgi and
found approximately 15,00000 cultivated illicit cannabis plants in
the field of unknown person . Case is being investigated by PSI Yog
Raj. I/O PS Kullu.

2. Case FIR No. 359/11 dated 23/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of PSI Gourav Bhardwaj that on
22.6.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling /special
campaign to destruction of cannabis crops at village Gadgi and found
cultivated illicit cannabis plants approximately 42,00000 in the
field of unknown person . Case is being investigated by PSI Gaurav
Bhardwaj I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
3 Case FIR No. 360/11 dated 23/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of SI Krishan Chand that on
22.6.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling /special
campaign to destruction of cannabis crops at Kutla Forest 2/3 Tosh
Nala and found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 40 Bighas in
the field of unknown person . Case is being investigated by PSI Gaurav
Bhardwaj I/O PS Kullu.

4. Case FIR No. 361/11 Dated 23/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of ASI Kesar Singh that on 22.6.11
he along with Police staff were on patrolling /special campaign to
destruction of cannabis crops at Kutla Forest 2/3 Tosh Nala and
found cultivated illicit cannabis plants approximately 45,00000 in 60
Bighas in the field of unknown person . Case is being investigated by
PSI Gaurav Bhardwaj I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
5. Case FIR No. 362/11 Dated 24/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of SI Krishan Chand that on
23.6.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling /special
campaign to destruction of cannabis crops at Tosh Forest and found
cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 30 Bighas in the field of
unknown person . Case is being investigated by SI Krishan Chnad I/C PP
Manikaran .
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5.Case FIR No 36/11 dated 23-6-11 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been
registered in PS Brow on the statement of Sh. Roop Dass R/o Brow
stated that on 23/06/11 at about 8.45 am one Balbir Kaushal and his
wife obstructed his way and gave beaten to him . They also threatened
him with dire consequence. Case is investigation by HC Kartar singh
I/O PS Brow.
CASE OF EXPLOSION DUE TO LPG LEAK
6.Today on 24/06/11 at about 5.30 am one Raj Kumar Sood informed
telephonically in PS Bhunter that an explosion has occurred near Sanik
Chowk Bhunter. On this information HC Chaman Lal along with Police
staff rushed to the spot. During inspection of spot , it was found
that the explosion had occurred due to leakage of LPG cylinder in Hema
Chinese dish shop. 4-5 shops of surrounding area have also been
damaged due to this explosion. The estimate of total damage property
could not be ascertained yet. Self visited the spot and a team of FSL
Gutkar District Mandi has also visited the spot. They also expressed
that the explosion has occurred due to leakage of LPG cylinder. In
this incident no loss of human life has been reported so far . A
regular case FIR No. 149/11 dated 24/06/11 U/S 285 IPC has been
registered in PS Bhunter against shopkeeper.
