CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
1. . Case FIR No. 161/11 dated 21/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has
been registered in PS Banjar on the rukka of ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Sainj
that on 20.6.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling
/special campaign to destruction of cannabis crops at village Sharan
and found 19.8 Bighas cultivated illicit cannabis plants in the field
of Sher Singh S/o Sh. Sodhu Ram , Paras Ram, Dev Raj S/o Sh. Padma and
Mohar Singh S/o Man Dass all R/o Sharan . Case is being investigated
by ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Sainj.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
2. Case FIR No. 162/11 dated 21.06.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has
been registered in PS Banjar on the rukka of HC Narayan Chand I/O
PP Sainj that on 21.6.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling
/special campaign to destruction of cannabis crops at village Upper
Nahin (Ropa) and found 10.9 Bighas cultivated illicit cannabis
plants in the field of Mohinder Singh S/o Alam Chand R/o Upper Nahain
. Case is being investigated by HC Narayan Chand I/O PP Sainj.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
3. Case FIR No. 282/11 dated 21/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has
been registered in PS Manali on the rukka of ASI Dheeraj Singh I/C PP
Jari that on 21.6.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling
/special campaign to destruction of cannabis crops at Narang Thach
Malana and found 1,60,000 cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 20
Bighas in the field of unknown person. Case is being investigated by
ASI Dheeraj Singh I/C PP Jari.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
4. Case FIR No. 283/11 dated 21/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has
been registered in PS Manali on the rukka of ASI Gangbir Singh I/C PP
Malana that on 21.6.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling
/special campaign to destruction of cannabis crops Butaling Malana
and found 20,000 cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 2.10 Bighas
in the field of unknown person. Case is being investigated by ASI
Gangbir Singh I/C PP Malana.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
5. Case FIR No. 284/11 dated 21/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Manali on the rukka of ASI Gangbir Singh I/C PP
Malana that on 21.6.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling
/special campaign to destruction of cannabis crops near Butaling
Malana and found 32,000 cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 4
Bighas in the field of unknown person. Case is being investigated by
ASI Gangbir Singh I/C PP Malana.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
6. Case FIR No. 348/11 dated 21/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of ASI Balak Ram I/O PS Kullu the
that on 21.6.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling /special
campaign to destruction of cannabis crops at Dadhar Forest and found
cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 50 Bighas in the field of
unknown person. Case is being investigated by ASI Balak Ram I/O PS
Kullu.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
7. Case FIR No 343/11 to 346/11 dated 21.6.2011 all U/S 447 IPC &
32, 33 I.F.Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of
Pyar Chand R.O forest Range Kasol against 4 persons who have been
encroached forest land more than 10 bighas in the area of village
Pulga and Shilla (Barshani ) . Case is being investigated by I/Os PS
Kullu.
CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND DESTROYING EVIDENCE BY POLICE
8. Case FIR No. 347/11 dated 21/06/11 U/S 409, 120B IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the enquiry conducted by Sh. J.R. Thakur,
IGP Central Range Mandi in criminal appeal No. 294/2004Chande Ram @
Chander Negi v/s State of HP. During the enquiry it has found that
officials posted as MHC/Assistant, District Malkhana Kullu since 2003
to 2009 have replaced the case property of case FIR No. 266/02 U/S 20
of ND&PS Act regd. in PS Manali which was deposited at District
Malkhana Kullu. Case is being investigated by PSI Anil Kumar I/O PS
Kullu.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
9. Case FIR No 154/11 to 159/11 dated 21/06/11 all U/S 447 IPC & 32,
33 I.F.Act has been registered in PS Banjar on the application of
Geeta Ram Range .Officer forest Range Banjar against 6 persons
who have been encroached forest land more than 10 bighas in the area
of T.Pur-IIIand Chehni -III . Case is being investigated by I/Os PS
Kullu.
CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY
10. Case FIR No. 285/11 dated 21/06/11 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPS has been
registered in PS Manali on the report of Lal Singh S/o Sh. Inder Singh
R/o Andrahlu P.O Binyu District Mandi A/P sales men in patrol pump
Nagar stated that on 21/06/11 at about 10.30 .pm he was on duty, in the
mean time one vehicle I/con came to patrol pump for filling patrol. On
this vehicle three people get down and obstructed his way and beaten
him case is being investigated by HC Mohinder Singh I/o PP Patlikuhal.
CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY
11 . Case FIR No. 148/11 dated 21/06/11 U/S 341, 323, 324, 34 IPC has
been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Anurag Jamwal S/o
Sh. Kehar Singh VPO Jia stated that on 21/06/11 at about 1pm he along
with his friend coming from Kullu to Bhunter in own vehicle when he
reached near Forest chowk Shamshi, in the mean time Varun Sood and his
friend obstructed his way and beaten him. Case is being
investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Bhunter.
