CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
1. Case FIR No. 149/11 dated 19.06.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Banjar on the rukka of HC Sesh Raj that on 18.06.11
he along with Police staff were on patrolling /special campaign to
destruction of cannabis crops at village Majhali and found cultivated
illicit cannabis plants in the field of Padmu D/o Amn Dass, Lobhu W/o
Man Dass, narayan Dass and Sher Singh R/o Majhali. Case is being
investigated by HC Sesh RajS I/o PS Banjar.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
2.Case FIR No151/11 dated 19..6.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Banjar on the ruka of HC Krishan Lal I/O PS Banjar
that on 19.06.11 when he along with Police party was on patrolling
special campaign to destruction of cannabis crops at village Jariyala
near Kamera and found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in the field
of Karmi, Madhu, Jaisi all S/o Moti Ram village Kamera. Case is being
investigated by HC Krishan Lal PS Banjar.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
3. Case FIR No152/11 dated 19.6.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Banjar on the ruka of ASI Yashwant Singh I/o PS
Banjar that on 19.06.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling/
special campaign to destruction of cannabis crops in area of G.P
Mashiar and found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in the field of
Dole Ram, Nel Chand, and Smt. Ghugri devi village Mashiyar. Case is
being investigated by ASI YAshwant Singh I/O PS Banjar.

4. Case FIR No153/11 dated 19.6.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Banjar on the ruka of ASI Yashwant Singh I/o PS
Banjar that on 19.06.11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling/
special campaign to destruction of cannabis crops in area of G.P
Mashiar and found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in the field
KArmi, MAdhu, Jaisi all S/o Moti Ram Village Kamera. Case is being
investigated by ASI Yashwant Singh I/O PS Banjar.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
5. Case FIR No 225/11 to 275/11 dated 19.6.11 all U/S 447 IPC & 32,
33 I.F act has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Pune
Ram Range Officer Manali against 51 persons who have been encroached
forest land i.e. more than 10 bighas each. Cases are being
investigated by SHO PS Manali.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
6.Case FIR No 105/11to 148/11 dated 19.6.11 all U/S 447 IPC & 32, 33
I.F act has been registered in PS Banjar on the application of Bhimi
Ram Range officer Banjar against 44 persons who have been encroached
forest land more than 10 bighas each in the area of Kothi Bunga,
banogi, Sarchi, Gopalpur. Cases are being investigated by SHO PS
Banjar.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
7. Case FIR No 241/11 to 318/11 dated 19.6.2011 all U/S 447 IPC & 32,
33 I.F.Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Sukh
Dev Range forest officer Kullu against 78 persons who have been
encroached forest land more than 10 bighas in the area of kais,
Raison-III, . Case is being investigated by I/Os PS Kullu.
CASE OF GAMBLING ACT
8. Case FIR No 32/11 dated 19.6.11 U/S 13 of Public gambling Act has
been registered in PS Brow on the ruka of SI/SHO Prem Lal against
Rakesh Chand , Hem Raj, Roshan lal & Nand Lal R/o Brow as recovered Rs
390/- from their possession during patrolling near Kaju Khad. Case is
being investigated yb SHO PS Brow.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
9. Case FIR No 70/11 to 73/11 dated 19.6.11 all U/S 447 IPC & 33 I.F.
Act has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Balbir Singh
R.O. Nither and HIra Lal R.O Chowai against four persons who have
encroached forest land more than 10 bighas in the area of Nither and
Chowai. Case is being investigated by ASI Rattan Lal i/O PS Anni.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
10. Case FIR No 129/11 to 147/11 dated 19.6.2011 all U/S 447 IPC & 33
I.F Act has been registered in Ps Bhunter on the application of Bhimi
Ram Range Officer sainj against 19 persons who have encroached forest
land more than 10 bighas in the area of Bhallan beat, Dalasani beat &
Gohi beat. Case is being investigated by I/Os PS Bhunter.
CASE OF OUTRAGING MODEST AND HURT
11. Case FIR No 274/11 dated 19.6.11 U/S 354, 323, 504 IPC has been
registered in P S Kullu Smt. Asha ( Fictitious name )W/o Jhabe Ram R/o
Dhadei PO Jari Distt Kullu stated that on 17.6.11 at 10.00 Am she was
working in her garden one Narayan Singh came there and outrage to her
modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI Dheeraj I/c PP Jari.
