CRIME REPORT DATED 19.06.11 UP TO 4 PM

CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND 


1 Case FIR No 176/11 to 181,183 to 187 and 189 to 196/11 dated
18.6.2011 u/s 447IPC&32, 33 IF Act, total 19 cases have been
registered in P.S Kullu on the written statement of Sh. Sukh Dev F.
R.O Kullu & Sh. Durga Dass F.R.O Jari against 19 persons who have
encroached forest land more than 10 Bighas at Sari, Maangarh & Jari.
Cases are being investigated by SI Anil,SI Mukesh,SIAshok ,ASI Hari
,HC Jwala ,HC Parminder, HC Lokender I/Os P.S Kullu & ASI Deeraj I/CPP
Jari .


CASE OF BURGLARY

2. Case FIR No 182/11dated 18.6.11 u/s 457,380IPC has been registered
in P.S Kullu on the report of Sh Chaman Lal s/o Doulat Ram r/o Gahar
distt Kullu, reported that he runs a Handloom shop at Juani Ropa near
KVS hostel. On the intervening night of 17/18 some unknown culprits
broken the lock of shop and stolen away Shawls and currency notes
total worth of Rs 70,000/-.Case is being carried out by SI Ashok I.O
P.S Kullu.


CASE OF ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR NO 188/11 dated 18.6.2011 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S Kullu on the statement of Sh. Nanak Chand s/o Sh.
Sunder Ram vill Badog Distt Solan A/p Driver Justice of Hon’ble High
Court, that on dated 16.6.2011 when he was going to Manikaran  ,at
about 12.10 PM when he reached near toll tax barrier Jiya ,at the same
time one maruti car No HP-34A-007 came from Bhunter side and hit his
vehicle. The above incident/accident occurred due to rash & negligence
driving of M/Car driver. Case is being investigated by HC lokender I/O
P.S Kullu.


CASE OF ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR NO 200/11 dated 18.6.2011 u/s 279,427 IPC has been
registered in P.S Manali on the application of Sh. Gursimran Singh
Bhuller r/o Chandigarh that on 17.6.2011 he had parked his car no
CH04A-5070 outside his rented house at old Manali .His vehicle was
hit by   unknown vehicle and damaged badly. Case is being investigated
by ASI Daya Ram I.O P.S Manali.

5. Case FIR no 201 to 208& 210to 224/11 dated 18.6.2011 u/s 447IPC &
32,33 IF Act  total  23 cases have  been registered in P.S Manali on
the written complaint of Sh. Puran chand R.O forest range Nagar & Sh
.Pune Ram R.O forest range Patli Kuhal against 23 persons  who have
encroached forest land more than 10 Bighas. Cases are being
investigated by SI Paras Ram,SI Shiv Singh Asi Ram Swaroop ,Asi Daya
Ram , ASI Rajeev,Asi Dharam Pal I.O P.S Manali &  I/CPP Patli Kuhal.

6. Case FIR No 29.30 &31/11 dated 18.6.2011u/s 447IPC & 32, 33 IF Act
total 3 cases have been registered in P.S Brow on the written
complaint of Sh .Nika Ram range forest officer Arsu against Sh.
Lakshmi Dutt r/o shattladhar encroached 13.3 bigha forest land and
have constructed 4 room set along with one cow shed, sh. Tabe Ram r/o
Bayal  , sh. Meru & Shauju r/o Shattladhar have also encroached 10.13
bigha each and have made  one/two storey house. Case is being
investigated by SI/SHO Prem lal , ASI Jagat Ram & HC Kartar I/Os  P.S
Brow.

7. Case FIR No 128/11 dated 18.6.2011 u/s 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S Bhunter on the statement of Ramesh Kumar r/o Shat
a/p labour HPPWD Div-I Kullu stated that on 18.6.2011 he along with
his co-worker Shanu Ram were working on the road, at about 11.30 AM
one vehicle Sumo came in full speed and hit Shanu Ram. As a result he
sustained injuries. Investigation is being carried out by HC Uttam
Chand I.O P.S Bhunter.

8. Case FIR No 80 86, 88 to 100/11 dated 18.6.2011 u/s 447IPC&32, 33
IF Act, total 19 cases have been registered in P.S  Banjar on the
written statement of Sh. Hem Raj and Sh. Bhimi Ram  R.O forest range
Banjar  against 19 persons who have encroached forest land more than
10 Bighas at Kothi Gopalpur,Palahch-III,Sarchi and Bunga –III. Cases
are being investigated by SI/SHO and I/Os P.S Banjar.


CASES OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9. Case FIR no 87/11 dated 18.6.2011 u/s 341.323.506.509.34 IPC has
been registered in P.S Banjar on the report of Km. Reena D/o late sh.
Neel Kamal Thakur vill patan Banjar reported that on 18.6.2011 at
about 9 AM when she going home one Kahan Singh r/o patan came along
with his wife and obstructed her and beaten her with stick & darati
and also torn her worn clothes.case is being carried out by HC Hem Raj
I/o P.S Banjar.

10 Case FIR No 105 to 116  to  /11 dated 19.6.2011 u/s 447IPC&32, 33
IF Act, total  17 cases have been registered in P.S  Banjar on the
written statement of Sh. Bhimi Ram  R.O forest range Banjar sub tehsil
Sainj against 17 persons who have encroached forest land more than 10
Bighas at  Bunga –III, protected forest . Cases are being investigated
by SI/SHO and I/Os P.S Banjar.

11. Case FIR No 129 to 134/11 dated 19.6.2011 u/s 447IPC&32, 33 IF
Act, total  6 cases have been registered in P.S  Bhunter on the
written statement of Sh Bhimi Ram Thakur R.O forest range Sainj
against 13 persons who have encroached forest land more than 10
Bighas. Cases are being investigated by SI/SHO and I/Os P.S Bhunter.

12. Case FIR No 70 to72 /11 dated 19.6.2011 u/s 2011 u/s 447IPC&32, 33
IF Act, total 4 cases have been registered in P.S Anni on the written
statement of Sh  Balbir Singh Chauhan R.O forest range Nither and
Sh.Heera lal R.O forest range Chowai  Anni against 4 persons Sh.
Kishori lal, Satyapal, Anand Chandu Lal & Ishwar Dass who have
encroached forest land more than 10 Bighas at Bangu Jhakhar,Jalehar &
Tarala . Cases are being investigated by SI/SHO and I/Os P.S Anni.

13. Case FIR No 197 to 240/11 dated 19.6.2011 2011 u/s 447IPC&32, 33
IF Act, total 44 cases have been registered in P.S Kullu on the
written statement of Sh. Sukh Dev R.O forest range Kullu against 44
persons who have encroached forest land more than 10 Bighas at Sari
–III and Kais -III. Cases are being investigated by I /Os P.S Kullu.
