CASE OF RAPE
1. Case FIR No. 170/10 U/S 376 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on
the application of one Ranjna (fictious Name) D/O Shri Rajender Kumar
Sharma R/O V.P.O Larankelo Teh & Distt Kullu H.P. alleging that on
the evening of 12-6-2011 she and her mother met one Tantrik namely
Sher Singh and they discussed about white spots on her face . On this
Tantrik told then he can remove the white spots on her face by making
Tantrik Mantra and he also advised her to come to his house and bring
7 no. lemons with her. On 14-6-2011 at 7 a.m. she went to the house of
above Tantrik with 7 lemons. Above Tantrik took her in the room and
gave her something liquid to drink and ask her to drink it she took
this liquid. After taking liquid drink she got a pain on stomach and
her body parts got loose and stopped working on this above Tantrik
bolted the door and committed rape with her. Case is being
investigated by SI Paras Ram I/C P.P Patlikuhal.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
2. Case FIR No. 109/11 to 116/11 all U/S 447 IPC & 33 I.F. Act has
been registered in PS Bhunter on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Sharma
Ranger Forest Range Hurla against 8 persons who have been encroached
forest land i.e (1) Thakur Singh R/o Chhikanala encroached forest
land 10 Bighas .(2) Om Prakash R/o Parla Bhunteri encroached forest
land 10 Bighas (3) Punu Ram R/o Bhosa Dhar encroached 10 bighas (4)
Moti ram R/o kahudhar encroached more than 10 Bighas (5) Chande ram
R/o masu encroached more than 10 Bighas (6) Nain Prakash S/o jeet ram
R/o Shamshi encroached more than 10 Bighas (7)Bhag Chand R/o Lower
Hawai encroached 10 Bighas and Chet Ram R/o Osan encroached more than
10 bighas . Case is being investigated by SHO PS Bhunter.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No 108/11 dated 16.6 11 U/S 341, 323, 506, 504, 34 IPC
IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of rakesh Kumar
S/o Bidhi Chand R/o Gandhi Naggar Distt Kullu stated that on 16.6.11
at about 2.10 PM three unknown persons obstructed his way near subzi
Mandi bhunter and beaten him also threatened him with dire
consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI jaspal I/O PS bhunter.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
4. Case FIR No 150/11 to 154/11 all U/S 447 IPC has been registered in
PS Kullu on the complaint of Piare Chand R.O Kasol Range against 5
persons who have been encroached forest land i.e. (1) Dharam Chand R/o
Tosh encroached more than 10 bighas (2) Chander Kant R/o Tosh
encroached more than 10 bighas (3) kanshi Ram R/o Pulga encroached
more than 10 bighas (4) Datti ram R/o Tosh encroached more than 10
bighas and Harev R/o Pulga encroached more than 10 bighas and all case
are being investigated by I/C PP Manikaran.
CASE OF THEFT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5. Case FIR No 155/11 dated 16.6.11 U/S 447, 379, 506 IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Kishan Singh S/o fateh
Chand R/o Miya Behar Kullu stated that one Billu falling 32 trees of
Deodar and Kail from his pvt land at Peej and sold the timber some
body and he also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being
investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
6. Case FIR No 28/11 dated 16.6.11 U/S 61-1-14 Ex Act has been
registered in PS Brow on the ruka of HC Kartar Singh against Mohan Lal
R/o Kajukhad as recovered 12 bottle country liquor from his possession
during patrolling at brow.
CASE OF RIOTING AND HURT
7. Case FIR No 169/11 dated 16.6.11 U/S 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 506
IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Naresh
Sharma S/o Uma Nand Sharma C/o Johnson Lodge Manali alleging that on
15.6.11 at around 11.30 PM he arrived at his rented house at old
Manali, in the mean time Hem Singh along wiyh 5 other persons forcibly
entered along with sticks and rod in to his house and beaten him. They
also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated
by ASI Rajeev Kumar I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
8. Case FRI No 171/11 dated 16.6.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the statement of Ram Payari R/o VPO kalath
stated that on 16.6.11 at about 4.30 PM she along with Priya and
Pujawas going on the road side at Bran in the mean time one vehicle
HP-01-1169 came rashly and hit Puja. Case is being investigated by ASI
Ram Swaroop I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
9. Case FIR No 172/1 to 186/11 dated 16.6.11 all U/S 447 IPC & 32, 33
I.F act has been registered in PS Manali o0n the application of Pune
Ram Range officer Patlkuhal against 15 persons who have been
encroached forest land i.e. (1) Hetu R/o Neha 0.87.13 Hectare in
forest land encroached at Baragran (2) Brij Lal R/o Jonga encroached
0.88.13 hectare forest land at Bragran (3) Praksh R/o Baragran
encroached 2.60.82 hectare forest land at baragran (4) Budhi Singh R/o
katrain (5) Dhale Ram R/o Jonga (6) Shiv ram R/o Shegli (7) Mohan lal
R/o kashari (8) Mohan Lal R/o javedhi (9) Thakru R/o Kasheshi (10)
Rohlu Ram R/o Shegli (11) Bhag Chand R/o Shilla (12) Prem Chand R/o
Shilla (13) Mehar Chand R/o Dawara (14) Ganga Ram R/o Riara and Tilu
R/o Bran have been encroached forest land more than 10 bighas each.
Case are being investigated by I/C PP Patlikuhal.
CASE OF MURDER
10. FIR No. 69/11 dated 17-6-11 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in
P.S. Anni on complaint of Jai singh S/O Daulat Ram R/O Kanda PO Khanag
age 25 years alleged that on intervening night of 16-17/6-11 he along
with Om Prakash @ Pinku S/o Daulat Ram R/o Charmath PO Khanag Tehsil
Anni Distt Kullu and HHC Shayam Lal who was posted in wireless repeater
station Jalori were sitting together to consume alcohol at Jalori up
to 12 midnight. In between HHC Shayam Lal and Om Prakash quarreled
each other after consuming alcohol and HHC Shayam Lal haD stabbed Om
Prakash and died on the spot. Case is being investigated by SHO PS
Anni
CASE OF MURDER
11. Case FIR No. 117/11 dated 16/06/11 U/S 302 IPC has been registered
in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Vinit Kumar S/o Sh. Nanak Chand
R/o Teguberh P.O Khokan Tehsil & District Kullu presently residing in
village Chhoyal District Kullu stated that he has a double storey
house in village Teguberh where two families i.e. Raya Urao R/O
Jharkhand in upper storey and Mr. Rajinder in ground flour are
residing as a tenant (.) On 16/06/11 at about 4.00 P.M, he came to
Teguberh and Mr. Rajinder told him that the foul smell is coming from
upper storey (.) On this, he called concerned Pradhan Karam Chand on
the spot and checked the room where they found dead body of Mrs Anita
Devi w/o Mr. Raya Urao. They have been doubt that her husband Mr. Urao
murdered her wife and absconded along with children. Case is being
investigated by SI /SHO P.S Bhunter.
