CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY

1. Case FIR No 48/2011 dated 9-6-2011 U/S 354 IPC has been regd. in PS Nirmand on the statement of Rajni( fictitious name) w/o Khemi Ram village Jawagi teh. Nirmand distt Kullu; she stated that on 8.6.2011at about 6.30 PM she was alone in her garden in the mean time one person namely Bir Bahadur came there and   tried to outrage her modesty in public place. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Nirmand.

CASE OF CHEATING

2. Case FIR No. 131/11 Dated 10-6-11 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt . Nimu Devi W/O Sh. late Chuhru Ram, R/o village Pani Nalah, P.O. Dhara, Tehsil and Distt. Kullu reported that Rewat Ram son of Sh. Tikam Ram, R/o village Shat, P.O. Jari, Tehsil and Distt. Kullu, H.P.  executed forged sale deed to the extent of 1-14-0 bigha instead of 0-11-00 bigha comprised in Khata/Khatani No. 176/266, 267, 268, 269, 270, denoted by Khasra Kitta’s 25 situated in Phati Shat, Kothi Chong Tehsil and Distt. Kullu in connivance with the scribe and marginal witnesses. Investigation is being conducted by I/C PP Jari ASI Dheeraj.



3. Case FIR No 49/2011 dated 10-6-2011 u/s 325, 323, 504, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Santosh kumar S/o Sadh Ram Vill. Kathanda PO Jadoli teh.Nirmand distt. Kullu; stated that on dated 9-6-2011 he along with his father went to his field for cultivation at about 11 am. Som Nath, Chura Devi & Pawan Kumar Vill. Pokhani came there & abuse him and beaten him with stick & stone and he got injury & also stopped him to work he get loss. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Nirmand.
4. Today at 06.50 Am A.J. Bajawa ADGM Bharat construction company Kasholi edit informed through telephonically in PS Brow that one contractor K. Vijayan S/o Aayapan R/o Kanda Mangaltu house Manarmalla PO Pattikadu PS Melatoor district Malayapuram [kerla]  age 44 years hanged himself in his private quarter at Mehta niwas Jagatkhana . On this information self SI/SHO along with police party rushed to the spot .During enquiry it reveal that it was suicidal death due to hanging. Dead body of deceased was carried out to MGMSC Khennari for postmortem and MO MGMSC referred the dead body for postmortem to IGMC Shimla.
