CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
1. Case FIR No75/11 dated 17.6.11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Banjar on the ruka of ASI Yashwant Singh stated that
when he was on patrolling he found 5000 cannabis plants cultivated in
the field of Dola Ram S/oGula Ram R/o Mashiar PS Banjar. Accused has
not been arrested and case is being investigated by ASI Yashwant Singh
I/O PS Banjar.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
2. Case FIR No76/11 dated 17.6.11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Banjar on the ruka of HC Ramesh Chand stated that
when he was on patrolling he found 4000 cannabis plants cultivated in
the field of Lal Chand S/Man Singh R/o Jhanegarh PO Bathad PS Banjar.
Accused has not been arrested and case is being investigated by HC
ramesh Chand I/O PS Banjar.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
3. Case FIR No77/11 dated 17.6.11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Banjar on the ruka of HC Ses Raj stated that when he
was on patrolling he found 12 Biswa cannabis plants cultivated in the
field of Bhagat Ram ,Jhabe Ram, hem raj, Moti Ram Ram Lal Teji devi
Thakur Dass, DOla Singh R/o Mashiar PS Banjar. Accused has not been
arrested and case is being investigated by HC Ses Raj I/O PS Banjar.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
4. Case FIR No. 119/11 to 127/11 dated 17.6.11 all U/S 447 IPC & 33
I.F. Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the complaint of Sh.
Satnam Ranger Forest Range Bhunter against 9 persons who have been
encroached forest land i.e (1) Khinder Singh R/o Khokan encroached
forest land more than10 Bighas .(2) Tikam Ram R/o Niru encroached
forest land more than10 Bighas (3) KIshan Singh and Khem Chand R/o
Dheugi encroached more than10 bighas (4) Bir Singh and Hari Singh R/o
Dhanala encroached more than 10.5 Bighas (5) Duni Chand R/o Khanargi
encroached 15.7Bighas (6) Gian Chand R/o Ninu encroached 1010
Bighas (7)Megh Singh and Ses Ram R/o Kanda encroached 10.5 Bighas (8)
Puran Chand R/o Kanda encroached 19 bighas and Ses ram and Chuni Lal
R/o Dhanara encroached 10.2 bighas. Case is being investigated by ASI
Nirmal Singh I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF ACCIDENT AND HURT
5. Case FIR No 156/11 dated 17.6 11 U/S 279, 337, 323, 34 IPC has
been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Rajeev Sharma R/o
Sultanpur Kullu stated that on 16.6.11 when he was came back from Shat
to his home and when he reached near Shangri Bag a maruti car A/F came
rashly towards Manali hit his vehicle and he also beaten him. Case is
being investigated by SI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY
6. Case FIR No 68/11 dated 17.6.11 U/S 341, 353, 323, 332, 506, 34 IPC
has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Prakash chand R/o
Khatkhlyan at present driver HRTC Depot Rampur alleged that when he
was going to in route Karshala and when he reached Ruchkara in the
mean time Panna Lal obstruct his way with stone sand pull him on the
driver seat to out side and beaten him and also threatened him with
dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC ten Singh I/O PS
Anni.
CASE OF HURT AND RIOTING
7. Case FIR No 199/11 dated 17.6.11 U/S 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 IPC
has been registered in P S Manali on the application of Naresh kumar
R/o Bramula Distt Hisar (HR) alleged that when he and his friend were
on road in vehicle No HR-20V 0782 towards old Manali and when they
reached near old Manali in the mean time two vehicle No HP-58-4318
M/Car and one alto car came and stopped his vehicle and 5 person in
M/Car and 4 person Alto car get down and beaten him and their friend
with stick and rod. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS
Manali.
CASE OF BURGLARY
8. Case FIR No 118/11 dated 17.6.11 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been
registered on the statement of Renu Parmar Head teacher GPS Hurla
stated that on the intervening night 16/17.6.11 some unknown culprits
stolen the mid day meal utensils from school. Case is being
investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/O S Bhunter.

9. Case FIR No 187/1 to 198/11 dated 17.6.11 all U/S 447 IPC & 32, 33
I.F act has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Puran
Chand Range officer Naggar against 12 persons who have been
encroached forest land i.e. (1) Sher Singh R/o Chachogi 9-16-0 bighas
in forest land encroached at Naggar-III (2) Bhagat Ram R/o Rumsu
encroached 1-24-17 hectare forest land (3) Fateh Chand R/o Pulga
encroached 0-93-48 hectare forest land at Naggar-III (4) Ses Ram R/o
Pulga 2-94-84 Hectare in forest land encroached at Naggar-III (5)
Roop Lal R/o Archhandi (6) Khayala Devi R/o Jukhara (7) Man Chand
R/o gojra (8) Jai Prakaash R/o Jagat Sukh (9) Budhi Prakash R/o
haripur (10) Moti ram R/o Jukhara (11) Dharam Chand R/o Raman (12)
Belu R/o Gojra have been encroached forest land more than 10 bighas
each. Cases are being investigated by I/C PP Patlikuhal.

447 IPC & 32, 33 I.F act has been registered in PS Banjar on the
application of Gita Ram Range officer Banjar against 11 persons who
have been encroached forest land i.e. (1) Dile ram R/o Mohni (2) Jodh
Raj R/o Mohani (3) Thakur Singh R/o Tindha (4) Jeevan Lal R/o
Shajhu (5) Charan dass R/o Lambi (6) teja Singh R/o Gopalpur (7) Bhag
Chand R/o kalwari(8) Kesru R/o Gopalpur (9) daulat ram R/o Shahila
10) hari ram R/o Otaten(11) Naru ram R/o Mohani have been encroached
forest land more than 10 bighas each. Cases are being investigated by
I/C PP Patlikuhal.
