Cases of encroachment on forest land

1. Case FIR No 54/11 , 55/11 & 56/11 dated 11.6.2011 U/S 447, IPC &
32,33 Indian Forest Act have been registered in P.S Anni on the
application of Kartar Singh s/o sh. Dadhi Ram VPO Tandi A/P deputy
Ranger Chowai and Sh. Puran Chand Deputy Ranger Range Takrasi against
three persons who have encroached upon more than 10 bigha of forest
land (1) Sh. Puran Chand Karam Chand & Tara Chand s/o Sh. Moti Ram
Village Deem (2) Smt Krishna Devi Chauhan w/o Tara Chand r/o Ghaner
P.O Jaon and (3) Smt Budhi Devi w/o sh. Nika Ram r/o Kawanu Bisladhar
Tehsil Anni district Kullu as they have encroached to the extent of
27.5Bigha , 13.6 Bigha & 14.7 Bigha Forest Land. Case is being
investigated by SI/SHO and ASI Rattan Chand I/O P.S Anni.

Case of hurt and criminal intimidation

2. Case FIR No 93/11 dated 11.6.2011 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been
registered on the report of Smt Sodha Devi w/o Late Sh Roshan Lal r/o
Rumsu P.O Naggar that on 11.6.2011 at about 8.00AM when she was
carrying bricks, in the mean time Dugu Ram came and started
altercation with her and beaten her with stick and threatened her .
Due to his beatings she sustained injuries. Case is being investigated
by ASI Jai Lal I/O P.S Manali.

Case of hurt and criminal intimidation

3. Case FIR No 94/11 dated 11.6.2011u/s 341, 323, 506, 356, 34 IPC has
been registered in P.S Manali on the complaint of Raji Devi w.o Chande
Ram Vill Malana that on 10.6.2011 she along with Dasi Devi were on
their way to Malana at around 8 PM when they reached Aai ,in the mean
time sh. Balak Ram and another person restrained their way and beaten
her with kick and punches and they took away her worn gold ornaments.
Case is being investigated by ASI Gangvir I/CPP Malana.

Case of obstruction of way and criminal intimidation

4. Case FIR No 102/11 Dated 11.6.2011 U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC has
been registered in P.S Bhunter on the report of Sh. Khem Singh Bisht
r/o Chhayal district Kullu that on 11.6.2011 at about 7.30PM when he
was going to his home from workshop Shamshi at the same time two
person namely Nishant s/o Madhav Prasad & Neeraj Sharma r/o Chhayal
obstructed his way and beaten him and also threatened him. Case is
being investigated by ASI Jaspal Singh I/O P.S Bhunter.
