CASE OF ARREST
1. Case FIR No92/11 dated 10.6.2011 U/S 379IPC has been registered
in P.S Manali on the report of Narender Sharma S/oPrem Chand SharmaR/o
VPO JagatSukh district Kullu. On 4.6.2011 at about 10.00 PM he parked
his vehicle TATA Sumo HP K-0958 at Kutbai near Naggar. Next day on
5.6.2011 morning he came to know that some unknown culprit has stolen
his above vehicle from there. Case is being investigated by Asi Jai
Lal I/O P.S Manali.
ARREST IN THEFT CASE
2. Today on 11.6.2011 one Mr. Amar chand s/o Lahulu Ram R/o Bada gran
P.O Bhutti age 25 has been arrested in previous theft case FIR No
87/11 dated 7.6.2011 u/s 379,34 IPC P.S Manali . Case is being
investigated by HC Manohar Lal I/O P.S Manali
CASE OF HURT AND TRESSPASS
3. Case FIR No 91/11 dated 10.6.2011 U/S 452,323,506 IPC has been
registered on the application of Geeta Devi w/o Rajesh R/o Vill Bari
P.O Patli Kuhal district Kullu that she is living separately from her
husband.On 9.6.2011at 9.30 PM her husband came to her house at Bari
and started to threatened her and he gave beatings to her. Due to his
beating she sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Jai
Lal I/O P.S Manali.
CASE OF FORGERY
4. Case FIR No 132/11 dated 10.6.2011u/s 465,469,471,120B IPC has been
registered in P.S Kullu on the complaint of HHG Gian Chand s/o Nirat
Sharma r/o Chansari district Kullu against Discharged/suspended HHG
Kanwar Singh. He alleged that above Kunwar Sing dishonestly or
fraudulently took his sign for making Home guard association and he
misused his signed paper to cause harm the reputation of the
commandant of 7th Bn .case is being investigated by SI Om Chand I/O
P.S Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
5. Case FIR No 133/11 Dated 11.6.2011 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S Kullu on the statement of Smt Gurmeet Kaur w/o
Jaswinder singh r/o Ludhiana Pb that on 10.6.2011 she along with her
husband, sister in law and 3 other persons were came to Manikaran for
sight seeing but they did not get room there.and they were caming back
to bhunter. When they reached at Jari Mour her husband was driving the
car,due to tiredness and unsleeping he lost his control on vehicle and
vehicle rolled down from mour and they all sustained injuries. Case is
being investigated by ASI Dheeraj I/C PP Jari.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
6. Case FIR No 50/11 dated 11.6.2011 U/S 447IPC &33 Forest Act has
been registered in P.S Nirmand on the complaint of Shri Swaroop Chand
Block Forest Officer Arsu district Kullu that Shri Ses Ram S/o Dola
Ram village Bagipul has encroached Forest land about 35.15 bigha at
Rinda Thaach where he has planted apple plants since 2004. Case is
being invested by SI/SHO Gulam Akbar P.S Nirmand.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
7. Case FIR No.133/11 to 141/11 dated 11.6.2011 u/s 447 IPC &32, 33
Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S Kullu on the written
complaint of Range Forest officer Forest Range Kullu against Nine
person who have encroached upon more than 10 bigha of forest land i.e.
(1) Sh.Ram Krishan s/o Sh Kahan Dass at present village Gobha Phati
Kharahal .Kothi Kais Distt. Kullu has encroached forest land 33-15-0
bighas in Kais III (2) Sh.Ram Dyal s/o Sh Chande Ram r/o village Dobhi
at present village Tandla Kothi Kais has encroached upon Govt. land
25-19-0 bighas ( 14-9-0 bighas forest land in Kais III, (3) Sh.
Chhape Ram s/o Sh. Khem Chand resident of village Pool Phati Jindor
Distt. Kullu H.P. has encroached upon Govt. land 24-11-00 bighas (4)
Sh.Ram Krishan s/o Sh.Tikam Ram resident of village Trakda Distt.
Kullu H.P. has encroached upon Govt. land10-18-00 bighas (5) Sh.
Jayoti Ram s/o Sh. Nandu resident of village Lambi Jhor Sari
Distt. Kullu H.P. has encroached upon Govt. land 15-19-07 bighas in
Sari III (6) Sh. Durga Chand s/o Sh. Beli Ram s/o Sh. Purnu resident
of village Lambi Jhor Phati Distt. Kullu has encroached Govt. land
13-16-01 bighas in Sari III (7) Sh. Beli Ram s/o Sh. Sesu s/o Sh.
Bholu resident of village Lambi Jhor Distt. Kullu has encroached upon
Govt. land 10-05-00 bighas in Sari (8) Sh.Atul Bhagirath s/o Sh Om
Prakash Bhagirath resident of village and P.O. Seobag Phati and Kothi
Kais Teh & Distt. Kullu H.P. has encroached upon Govt. forest land to
the extent of 22-19-00 bighas at a place named Kotadhar (9) Sh. Prem
Prakash Gupta s/o Sh. Jagdish Chand Gupta proprietor M/S
International Angora Breeding Farm Pirdi Bihal, resident of 4 Villa
Bazir 1st Floor Kane Road Bandra West Band Stand Mumbai-400050 at
present village Pirdi PO Mohal Phati Balh Kothi Maharaja Teh & Distt.
Kullu H.P. has unauthorisedly occupied Govt. forest land to the extent
of 56-05-00 bighas in Maharja III. Case is being investigated by ASI
Balak Ram, ASI Hari Singh and SI Om Chand I/Os P.S Kullu.
