1.Case FIR No 58/11 dated 03/06/11 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been
registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Kamlesh Kumar S/o Sh.
Piyare Lal R/o village Bharthi Dhar Tehsil Banjar District Kullu
stated that on 03/06/11 at about 9.45 am when he was going along with
his wife Sita Devi for working field ,on the way one person namely
Ravtu Ram R/o Bharti Dhar obstructed his way and beaten him and also
threatened with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by HC
Krishan lal I/o PS Banjar.
2.Case FIR No. 121/11 dated 03/06/11 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has
been registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of HC Jamal Din I/O PP
Manikaran against Prittam Singh S/o Sh. Dhyan Singh R/o Tosh Tehsil
and District Kullu, as 12 bottles Royal Stag, 12 bottles Beer, 6
bottles old monk and 3 bottles Vodka recovered from his possession
during patrolling at Tosh. Case is being investigated by HC Jamal Din
I/o PP Manikaran.
3.Case FIR No. 122/11 dated 03/06/11 U/S 419,420 IPC has been
registered in PS Kulllu
On the statement of Dharam Chand S/o Sh. Purshotam Singh R/o Bhallan
–II stated that in the month of January 2011 he met with Desh Raj S/o
Sh. Rohila Ram R/o H.No.-129 ward No. 10 Julahkdi block No.-1 Tehsil
and District Chamba and introduced him with BSNL officer and told that
they want installing telephone tower at Bhallan ,if any body willing
to install such tower in his land they deposit money to him . On this
he gave Rs. 70,000/- along with documents of land to Desh Raj and Des
Raj above also collect Rs 6,62000 from villagers. After collection
money above Desh Raj has absconded. Case is being investigated by PSI
Anil Kumar I/O PS Kullu.
4.Case FIR No. 96/11 dated 04/06/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Gurdiyal S/o Sh. Bhandari
Lal R/o Seriberh District Kullu stated that on 03/06/2011 at about 8
pm he was coming home from Kullu when he was crossing the road near
Gaudari in the mean time one vehicle bearing No. HP-58-2101 came
rashly and hit to him, as a result of which he sustain injuries. Case
is being investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/o PS Bhunter.
5.On 03/06/11 one person namely Kali Bhadur S/o Sh. Nain Singh VPO
Nepalgang District Rampi age about 20 years has been arrested under
section 41(2) 109 Cr.PC in PS Kullu, as he was found in suspicious
condition at Sultanpur Kullu.
6.On 03/06/11 Guddu S/o Sh. Budh Ram R/o Danogi PO Bhrain District
Kullu has been arrested in Case FIR No. 90/11 dated 28/05/11 U/S
363,366,376 313, 498A, 506,34 IPC PS Bhunter,as he was involved in
rape case and Roop Chand S/o Sh. Rattan Chand VPO Bajaura Tehsil and
District Kullu has been arrested in PS Bhunter under section 107/151
Cr.PC at Bajaura, as he was beating his wife in drunken condition .
7. FIR No 44/2011 dtd 4/6/2011 u/s 457/380 ipc has been regd . on the statement of sohan lal s/o nannu ram vpo jaon teh nirmand distt kullu he stated that he deputed as prits of challasni mata temple on dtd 3/6/2011 evening be locked the temple and went to his home on dated 4/6/2011 at about 7.30 am he came from his home and saw the lock of temple broken in which he tell others villagers and search the temple with the help of villagers and found one idole of mata challasni and currency note about 8000 - 10000/- were not there perhaps some unknown culprits broken the lock of temple during the interving night of 3/6/2011 and solen awany the idole and currency note [.] total value of stolen property is about 60.000/- case is being investinged by si / sho gulam akber
