1.Case FIR No. 95/11 dated 12/06/11 U/s 451, 504, 34 IPC has benn
registered in PS Manali on the application Shanti Swaroop S/o Sh. Jai
Pal A/P General Manager hotel Sitara International Rangri Manalistated
that on 11/06/11 at about 10.pm. three person namely Sanju, Raja,
Chandu entered the hotel reception and abused him with filthy
language . Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/o PS Manali.
2. Case FIR No. 96/11 dated 12/06/11 U/s 447,506,IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the application of Smt. Bhiki Devi D/o Sh.
Param R/o Shuru Manali stated that on 11/06/11 one Attma Ram S/o Sh.
Dalu entered in to her land for illegal possession and also threatened
her with dire consequence . Case is being by ASI Dharam Pal I/o PS
Manali.
3. Case FIR No. 110/11 dated 12/06/11 U/s 504,506 IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the application of Sh. Fuizal S/o Sh. Nawab
Ahmed R/o Fathepur Dhalla district Sharanpur (UP) A/P hotel Mahindra
Snow Peak Prini stated that on during the night one unknown person
call him through mobile No. 94188-96015 and 98059-61564 from his
mobile for abusing filthy language and also threatened with dire
consequences . Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Swaroop I/O PS
Manali.
4. Case FIR No. 97/11 to 109/11 dated 12/06/11 all U/s 447,IPC &
32,33 IF Act have been registered in PS Manali on the application of
Sh. Pune Ram Range Forest officer Forest Range Patlikuhal against 11
persons who have encroached Forest Land i.e. (1) Nand lal S/o Sh.
Gangu Ram R/o Baragran (2) Lot Ram S/o Sh. Hansu R/o Niyalag
encroached Forest land to the extent of 0.80.68 hect. (3) Mani Ram ,
Prem Chand , Prakesh Chand R/o Niyalag encroached forest land 0.89.72
hect. in Baragarh (4) Kam Nath R/o Kasheri encroached forest land
1.49.55. hect. in Baragarh (5) Gulabi D/o Sh. Hukmu Ram R/o Nyalag
encroached 1.23.79 hect. in baragarh forest land. (6) Puran Chand R/o
Nyalag encroached forest land in baragarh 1.00.05 hect. (7) Shiv Ram ,
Ses Ram , Gulabu Ram and Ravat Ram all S/o Thakur Dass R/o Kasheri
encroached forest land in Baragarh 1.28.78 hect. (8) Hem Raj R/o Jalsa
encoarched forest land 2.44 hect in Baragarh (9) Man Dass R/o Shilla
Hallan –II encroached 1.35.78 hect. forest land in Baragarh hallan-III
(10) Dhani Ram , Ram Chand R/o Shegli encroached forest land 0.98.25
hect. in Baragarh (11) Smt. Jumti Devi W/o Jhabe Ram R/o Dwara
encroached forest land in Baragarh –III 10.14.16 hect. (12) Puran
Chand R/o Dwara encroached forest land in Baragarh 10.02.08hect. (13)
Rawet R/o Katrain encroached forest land in Baragarh 15.10. bighas .
Cases are being investigated by HC Mohinder I/o PP Patlikuhal, ASI Jai
lal I/C PP Patlikuhal , ASI Dharam Pal , ASI Ram Swaroop and SI Shiv
Singh I/o PS Manali.
5. Case FIR No. 59/11 dated 12/06/11 U/S 452,506,323, 34 IPC has been
registered in PS Banjar on the report of Surender Singh S/o Sh. Partap
Singh VPO Jalan Tehsil Nadon District hamirpur A/P salesman wine shop
at Gushani stated that on 11/06/11 at about 9.30 pm when he was
present in wine shop , in the mean time two persons namely Yogga Chand
S/o Sh. Sita Ram vpo Gushani and Amar Chand S/o Sh. Bali Ram R/o Shilh
Banjar came to in a Alto car bearing No. HP01K 2353 and forcibly
entered in his shop and start beaten and also threatened with dire
consequence.Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I/o PS Banjar.
6. On 12/06/11 8 persons namely (1) Gianinder , Aim Bahadur, karun
Bahadur,Prem Bahadur,Sita Ram ,Arjun,Ravi and Amit Bahadur all are r/o
Nepal have been arrested at Chowki village under Setion 41(2) 109
Cr.P.C by ASI Deeraj Kumar I/C PP Jari
7. Case FIR No 111/11 Dated 13.6.2011 U/S 279,337 ,304 IPC has been
registered in P.S Manali on the statement of Sh Tej Ram s/o Lalu Ram
r/o Jagat Sukh (Chhanala) stated that today at about 12.45 AM one
vehicle bearing NO DL3C –AK-8823 fell down in a gorge near Chhanala
, it was coming rashly from Gojra side. As a result of which one
person known as Vijay Thakur @ Geetanand s/o gian Chand r/o Anni died
on the spot and driver got injuries. Dead body of deceased brought to
CHC Manali for postmortem. Investigation is being carried out by ASI
Ram Swaroop I/O PP Manali
