CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 32/11 dated 31.3.2011 U/S 354, 504, 506, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Smt. Radha Devi (fictitious name) R/o Behna Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu that on 31.3.11 at about 12.30 PM when she was in her room at the movement she saw Jia Lal R/o Mungri out side of her room who was peeping again and again in her room. She came out side from her room to ask him, in the mean time Jia Lal caught her arm and hair and used filthy language and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by I/C PP Luhari ASI Gian Chand.
CASES UNDER EXCISE ACT
2. Case FIR No 60/11 dated 31.3.11 U/S 61-1-14 Ex. Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the Rukka of Sub. Inspector Het Ram that on 31.3.11when he was at patrolling near Ram Shilla Bridge at 3.45 Pm he has recovered six bottles Hotti Silk whisky from the possession of Bhag Chand S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Khaltu P.O. Karasau Distt Kullu. Case is being investigated by Sub. Inspector Het Ram I/C PP City A.B. Kullu.
3. Case FIR No 61/11 dated 31.3.11 U/S 61-1-14 Ex. Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the Rukka of HC Jai Singh that on 31.3.11when he was at patrolling at Tapu at 4 Pm he has recovered ten bottles 8 PM and twelve bottles King Fisher beer from the possession of Tek Chand S/o Sh. Shobha Ram R/o Chogin P.O. Karasau Distt Kullu. Case is being investigated by HC Jai Singh I/C I/O PP City A.B. Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No 62/11 dated 31.3.11 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act Has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Krishan Chand S/o Bhav dev R/o Shastri nagger Kullu stated that on 31.3.11 at about 6.15 PM when he was came back from his garden in his santro car No HP-34-3417 and when he reached near Amit service station at Jia a motor cycle (applied for) came from Kullu side and hit his car. Case is being investigated by HC Uttam Chand TTR Kullu.
