CASE OF HOUSE TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 20/11 dated 01.4.2011 U/S 452, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the report of Barakat Ali S/o Hasan Ali R/o Bhadrash tehsil Rampur distt Shimla alleging that on 1.4.11 when he was in his father’s law house at Narthi in the mean time Abraham came to his room and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh I/O PS Brow.
2. Case FIR No 63/11 dated 01.4.11 U/S 451, 323, 504, 427 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Bir Bahadur R/o Balgani PO Dhara Distt kullu alleging that on 01.4.11 when he was working at his premises in the mean time one Jhabe Ram came to his premises abused him and beaten him. Case is being investigated by I/C PP City A.B. Kullu.
