CASE OF HURT
1. Case FIR No 49/11 dated 5.4.11 U/S 325, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the report of Smt Kavita w/o Kartik Prasad R/o Sajla Distt Kullu stated that today on 25.2.2011 her brother Suresh Kumar beaten her with stick and punches and she sustained injury and on this she was got medically examined and after opinion of Radiologist nature of injuries was found grievous . Case is investigated by ASI Dharam Pal I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No 33/11 dated 05.4.2011 U/S 341, 323, 506, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Shiv Ram S/o Dhani Ram VPO Kamand Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu stated that on 5.4.11 when he was going to his field in the mean time Ram Singh obstruct his way abused him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HHC Kashmi Ram I/O PS Anni.
