CRIME DATED 29.04.2011 UP TO 4 PM

CASE OF TRESPASS

1. Case FIR No 62/11 dated 28.4.11 U/S 448 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Himari Lal S/o Sh.Chand Ram Verma at present Assistant Manager Branch office HDFC 87/05 Palace colony Mandi Distt Mandi alleging that HP financial corporation has taken over the possession of the premises of M/S Hotel Seagul Near Circuit Manali on 25.2.2011 from Sh. Ram Singh under the provision of section 29 of SFCS Act 1951and the Hotel was locked after taking possession. On 13.4.2011when he was on routine inspection he found the hotel is open. When he enquired the matter he knows that Ram Singh has opened the door by breaking of the locks. Case is being investigated by ASI Rajeev Kumar I/O PS Manali.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No 63/11 dated 28.4.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Surender Singh S/o Sukhdev Singh R/o Mohalla Ram naggar Pathankot at present Khoka grease shop rangri manali stated that on 28.4.2011 at about 1.30 PM one unknown person was walking on foot on the left side ion the mean time one vehicle no HP-58-4246 Eicher truck came rashly from Manali side and hit the person. Case is being investigating by ASI Ram Swaroop I/O PS Manali.

CASE OF CHEATING

3 Case FIR No 64/11 dated 28.4.2011 U/S 420, 468, 471 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Sh. Saran Dass S/o Sh.Pangu Ram R/o Rathoa Tehsil & Distt Mandi stated that he has got marriage with jamna Devi R/o rangri in the year of 2002 and his wife presently residing at parental house since 2007. His wife Jamna Devi has got forged Bonafide certified in convinces of her grandmother Balmu Devi, Naggar Panchayat Pradhan and Ravinder Kumar to cheat with the government and at presently Jamna Devi has posted as a Anganwari helper in Manali. Case in being investigated by ASI Ram Swaroop PS Manali.

ARREST OF ACCUSED OF KIDNAPPING

4. Accused Gulbadan Singh @ Munnu S/o Lt. Sh. Tara Chand R/o Manoh PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi presently residing at village Arsu has been arrested in case FIR No 26/11 dated 24.4.2011 U/S 363, 366 IPC PS Nirmand by ASI Kanwar Singh I/O PS Nirmand as he has kidnapped Miss Kanika for marriage with out her consent on 23.4.2011 from Arsu area.
