CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY AND TRESSPASS
1. Case FIR No 44/11 dated 30.4.11 U/S 451, 354 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Smt. ABC (name Changed) R/o Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on 29.4.2011 at about 7.15 PM when she was feeding her cow at her byre at the same time Jai Singh entered her byre and tried to outrage to her modesty. Case is being investigating by ASI rattan Singh I/O SP Anni.
CHALLANS UNDER MINING ACT
2. Today on 30.4.2011 two challan U/S Mining Act been made against Jagdish Chand S/o Sant Ram R/o Ghatta PO Kunni Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi at present driver HP-66-5518 (Tipper) & Singhu Ram S/o Bikram Singh R/O Tharas PO Hurla Distt Kullu at present driver HP-66-2218 by SHO PS Bhunter during traffic checking near Bus stand Bhunter as they found with “M” form when they were carrying sand in above vehicle.

3. 60 Challan of MV Act challan at TTR Kullu and 12 Challan of PS Bhunter have been made and 28 challan have been compounded by I/C TTR Kullu for Rs 2800/-
