CRIME DATED 19.04.2011 UP TO 4 PM

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No 72/11 dated 18.4.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt. Nathi Devi W/o Sh Bhimi Ram R/o banasa Tehisl & Distt Kullu stated that on 18.4.2011 when her son sonu went ot out side of quarter near satsang Bhawan in the mean time one Motor Cycle No HP_34B-0844 came rashly and hit her son. Case is being investigated by HC Uttam Chand TTS Kullu.

2. 35 challan of MV Act have been done by SHO PS Bhunter.

PREVENTIVE ARREST OF STRANGERS

3. On 18.4.2011Seven persons namely 1. Gulam Sheikh S/o fakir Sheikh R/o sardutt talet Po Boogram Tehsil Gurej Distt Gurej J&K, 2. Jawer Sheikh S/o Gulzar Sheikh R/o Sradab PO galech tehsil Gurej J&K, 3. Moh Dilawar Lone S/o Moh Makbar Lone R/o VPO Badu Tehsil Gurej J&K, 4. Moh. Parvej S/o Abdul Gaffar R/o VPO Bhagobal tehsil & Distt Nazibabad U.P., 5. Ansar Ahmad S/o Abdul gaffer R/o Laluwala Po Ghinaura Distt Nazibabad U.P, 6. Mithlesh S/o Rajender Singh R/o Panchrukhi PO BasuDevpur Distt sakul U.P. and Dinesh Chand S/o kanshi Ram R/o Nawahta tehsil & Distt Bhaij U.P have been arrested U/S 41(2) 109 CrPC by Sub Insp. Het Ram I/C PP A.B. Kullu during patrolling.

RECOVERY AND ARREST OF ACCUSED OF ATM THEFT

4. On 18.4.2011 one person namely Ankush S/o Bijnesh R/o Larakelo Tehsil & Distt Kullu age 22 yrs has been arrested in case FIR No 52/11 U/S 379, 420 IPC by ASI Jai Lal I/C PP Patlikuhal. As he was involved to withdrawal Cash Rs. 98000/- from the account of Tara Chand R/O Jana from PNB Nagar. Stolen Cash Rs. 80,000/- recovered from above accused Ankush and produced before JMIC Manali and remanded police custody till 20-4-2011

CASE OF INQUEST

5. On 18.4.2011 a male unidentified dead body has been found near Post Office Building. On this ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali rushed to the spot and dead body of deceased sent to CHC Manali for post mortem. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC has been carried out by ASI Daya Ram. After Post Mortem dead body is lying dead house Manali for identification. Description of dead boy is as under. Height 5 feet 8 inches, Medium Built dark Complexion, long hair balck & white, look like “BABA” bearing saffron colour dress.
