CASE OF ILLEGAL POPPY CULTIVATION
1. Case FIR No 69/11 dated 27.4.11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the ruka of ASI Nirmal Singh when he was along with Police party in special campaign for poppy destruction at village Thati they destroy 5000 Poppy plants in one bigha field of unknown person. Case is being investigated by ASI Nirmal Singh I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND RELATIVES
2. Case FIR No 81/11 dated 27.4.11 U/S 498 (A) 325, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Smt. Shanta Devi W/o Lt.Sh.Satya Prakash R/o Neoli Tehsil & Distt Kullu alleging that after her husband death her mother in law and father in law doing mentally harassment and torched her. On 5.4.2011 her father in law beaten her and on 27.4.11after the opinion of M.O. Z.H. Kullu nature of injuries is grievous. Case is being investigated by I/C women cell L/HC Manoj Kumari.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No 70/11 dated 27.4.2011 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Miss Amar Devi D/o Sh.Nanak Chand R/o VPO Kumaon Tehsil Pangi Distt Chamba at present tenant of Chhaju Ram R/o Bhutti colony stated that on 27.4.11 at about 9.30 PM when she and her brother was waiting for bus at Khokan Chowk in the mean time one unknown Taxi driver restrained her way beaten her brother and same time Two person came in scooter No HP-34-4323 and they threatened them with dire consequences. Case in being investigated HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Bhunter.
CHALLAN UNDER MV ACT
4. 129 Challan of MV Act challan at TTR Kullu, 21 Challan of PS Bhunter and 4 challan of PS Kullu have been made and 52 challan have been compounded by I/C TTR Kullu for Rs 6000/-
