CASE OF ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 43/11 dt. 19-4-2011 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Hari Om S/o Trilok Chand R/o Banula P.O. Pujali Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu stated that on 19-4-2011 when he & his friend Hem Ram Has come to Shadabain for recruitment of Home Guards & at about 10:40 AM when they are present at Bhunter near Malabar hotel for photocopy of documents in the mean time a Bus No. HP-65-1044 came towards from Mandi and hit him. Case is being investigated by HC Jitender Kumar TTR Bhunter.
CHALLANS UNDER M V ACT
2. 20 Challan of MV Act have been made by TTR staff Bhunter and compounded 6 Nos of Challan for Rs. 1100/-, 4 Challan of PS Kullu & 55 Challan have been made by TTR Kullu & Compounded 5 Challan for Rs. 500/-.
CASE OF ARREST OF STRANGERS
3. On 19-4-2011 two persons namely Jarul S/O Narul R/o ganjapuri PS Tapan Distt. Dakshin Binajpur West Bengal & Shyam Paul S/o Hari Krishan R/o Ranaghat Distt. Nadiya Kolkata have been arrested U/S 41(2) ,109 CRPC by SI Het Ram I/C PP A.B. Kullu and one person Narayan S/o Atma Ram R/o Kotla Tehsil Balichowki has been arrested U/S 114 Police Act at Dhalpur Kullu. He has found in drunken condition. At about 10:30 PM one person namely Mohan Lal S/O Paras Ram R/o Barua Manali has been arrested U/S 114 Police Act by ASI Rajiv Kumar I.O. P.S. Manali near Ram Bag Chowk while he was creating Nuisance at public place.
OPIUM DESTRUCTION CAMPAIGN OF KULLU POLICE TAKES OFF
4. Today on 20-4-2011 Poppy (Opium) destruction campaign has been started in this Distt. in all 5 Police Stations i.e. PS Manali, Kullu, Bhunter, Banjar & Anni under the supervision of GOs.
