CASE OF ILLEGAL POPPY CULTIVATION

1. Case FIR No 43/11 dated 23.4.11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS      Banjar on the rukka of ASI Ram Lal that when he along with Police party were in special campaign of poppy destruction near barnogi they destroy 6000 poppy plants in two Bigha in the field of Hira Devi D/O Narayan Dass R/o Barnogi Tehsil banjar Distt Kullu. Accused has not been arrested and case is being investigated by ASI Ram Lal I/O PS Banjar.

CASE OF ILLEGAL POPPY CULTIVATION

Case FIR No 62/11 dated 23.4.11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the rukka of ASI Naresh Chand that when he along with Police party were in special campaign of poppy destruction near Khadcha GP Rella they destroy 4000 poppy plants in 7 Bigha in the field of unknown person. Accused has not been arrested and case is being investigated by ASI ASI Naresh Chand I/O PS Bhnter

CASE OF HURT 

3. Case FIR No 58/11 dated 23.4.11 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Khem Singh S/O Chene Ram R/O Davari PS Bhuntre alleged that on 22-4-11 when he was going to his home from Dohara Nala at about 7-30 Pm at Thaliage Sh. Biju ,Dot Ram , Neelu and Bawan obstructed his way and beaten him . case is being investigated by ASI Yas Pal PS Bhunter.

CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No 59/11 dated 23.4.11 U/S 506,509  IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Smt. Ranuka  W/O.Inder jeet R/O Tallara PS Bhunter alleged  that she is being Threatened by unknown person through telephone No 86793 98452, 86792-53114 and 91296-87138 since 16-4-11 and also used filthy language . Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Bhunter.

CASE OF GRIEVOUS HURT  

5. Case FIR No 60/11 dated 23.4.11 U/S 323,325,34  IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Nanak Chand  S/O Bahadur Singh  R/O Mashagaon PS Bhuntre alleged that his brother Bhag Chand and sister –in- law Heti Devi beaten him on 7-4-11 .Today after receiving final . Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Bhunter.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No 61/11 dated 23.4.11 U/S 341,323,34 , 506 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Shishu S/O Ram Lal  R/O Sissu tehsil and PS Keylong distt L&s   alleged that on 23-4-11 at about 9 pm when he along with his friends was going to Hotal Sangam , On the way his friends obstructed his way and beaten him . Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Bhunter .

CASE OF TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No 42/11 dated 23.4.11 U/S 451,506 34  IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Hukam Ram S/O Khebe Ram   R/O Latapri  PS Banjar stated that on 22-4-11 at about 9-30pm when he was sitting in his room  after dinner , his real brother Shyam Dass and sister –in-law Jai Devi  entered in the room and beaten him . Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I/O PS Banjar .

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST OF STRANGERS


8. On 23-4-11 Two person namely Shayam lal S/O Ishwer Dass /O Soi tehsil and PS Ghurmarwin distt. Bilaspur and Gijan Ram S/OP Shadhu Ram R/O Matala PS Nirmand distt. Kullu have been arrested U/S 114 , 115 Police Act as they were found in influence of alcohol at bus stand Sarwari and other two person namely Gam Bahadur R/O Nepal and Bal Bahadur R/O Nepal found in suspicious condition at bus stand Sarwari have been arrested U/S 41(2) 109 CrPC by the Kullu Police.
