CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No 33/11 dated 6.4.11 U/S 147, 149, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS banjar on the report of Thakur Ram S/o Shobhe Ram R/o Pirdi P.O. Mohal Distt Kullu stated that on 5.4.2011 when he was in local fair at village fagwana (Chhamahu Nag) suddenly seven person Piare Ram, Padam Singh, Atma Ram, Laagan Dass, Gian, Subhash and Dashmi Ram came together and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is investigated by HC Narayan singh I/O PS Banjar.
CASE OF THEFT USING ATM
2. Case FIR No 65/11 dated 6.04.2011 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Constable Moh. Shabir ITBP Babeli that on 28.3.2011 his ATM card has missed from his suit case. He has doubt THAT constable Ashraf Ali has stolen his ATM card and with drawl Rs. 90,700/- from his account because he knows his ATM code No. Case is being investigated by ASI Hira Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF BURGLARY (CELL PHONES THEFT)
3. Case FRI No 50/11 dated 7.4.11 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the complaint of Sh.Mohan Kapoor S/o Sh. Kishan kapoor R/o Dawara Distt Kullu stated that on 6.4.11 I closed my shop at 8.30 PM and next day on 07.4.2011 at 9.30 AM when he reached in his shop at Patlikuhal he found that both locks of his shop was broken some unknown person and stolen away 60 no of mobile sets, one Lap top and one no of Digital camera. Case is being investigated by ASI Jai Lal I/C PP Patlikuhal.
4. One Mr.Vinay Sharma R/O Akhara Bazar Kullu reported at PP AB Kullu that one his tenant Sher Singh S/o Guman Singh R/o Pagana PO Kunatal Tehsil Chamoli (Uttra Khand) age 48 years has found dead in his room/Khoka at sarwari. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being carried out by HC Jai Singh AB Kullu.Dead body of deceased sent ot RH Kullu for postmortem.
5. On 06.4.2011 one Gaesh Bahadur Nepali has been arrested U/S 114, 115 Police Act as he has found in drunken condition at Sarawari Bus stand Kullu.
NARCOTICS AWARENESS CAMPAIGN
6. Today Narcotis awareness campign was organized at Bagipul (PS Nirmand Jurisdiction) in which around 450 locals including Panchayat pradhans, up pradhans, BDC members of Chail, Sarahan, Nor, Kot, Deem GP participated. officers of Police, Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Revenue, Forest Departments told people about various schemes of government. police educated people about the penal provisions of NDPS Act. Villagers were advised to shift to alternate crops like potato, pees etc rather than opium and cannabis.
