CASE OF SEIZURE OF HASISH

1. Case FIR NO 79/2011 dt 26.4.2011 u/s 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of SI Krishan chand I/C PP Manikaran that on dt 25.4.2011 during nakabandi duty at near Kasol Checking Private Bus no HP66-5051 have been checked and 790 gram Charas have been recovered form the rack of bus .Case is being investigated by SI Krishan Chand I/C PP manikarn.

CASE OF BURGLARY

2. Case FIR No 78/11 dated 25.4.11 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Subahsh Sharma Chief Branch Manager SBI Kullu at Dhalpur alleging that on 24.4.2011intervaining night some unknown culprits has tried to broken the ATM Machine and CCTV Camera. Case is being investigated by ASI Kesar Singh I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF HURT

3. Case FIR No 45/11 dated 25.4.11 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Ved Ram S/o Sh. Jai Singh R/o Dahndhar Tehsil Banjar Distt Kullu stated that on 25.4.11 when he was going to home Gumat Ram and his younger brother Kanshi Ram obstruct his way and beaten him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I/o PS Banjar.

CASE OF ARREST UNDER M V ACT

4. On 25.4.2011 three person namely Vipan Kumar S/o bala Ram R/oJhanduta Distt Bilas pur, 2) Giasu Din S/o Sh. Aqegav Uddeen Khan Moh. R/o Ward No 18 bamanpuri bareli UP and Ranjeet Kumar S/o Sh. Mohinder Singh R/o Kumuharpur (MP) have been arrested U/S 114, 115 Police Act at Dhalpur as they found in drunken condition.

CASE OF MISBEHAVIOR WITH DOCTOR

5.Today on 26.4.2011 four persons namely naresh Kumar S/o dharma Pal R/o H.No 502/A Sec-26 Chandigarh, manoj S/o Randhir R/o rasiabad PO Babul Rewari HR, Kuldeep S/o Amar R/O Dooh(HR) and Mukesh Kumar S/o Balbir R/o Chalakari PO Norgarh Gurgaon (HR) have been arrested U/S 115, 115, 118 Police Act when they are creating nuisance in public place near Ibex Chowk as they found in drunken condition. During medical checkup Naresh Kumar misbehaves with M.O. CHC Manali.Complaint U/S 186 IPC has also been submited against Naresh Kumar.

6. 3 challan of MV act at PS Kullu , 25 Challan of MV act by TTS Kullu , 7 Challan of MV Act of PS Bhunter have been made and 9 Challan compounded by TTS Kullu for RS 900/-
