CASE UNDER SC/ST(POA) ACT
1. Case FIR No 25/11 dated 16.4.2011 U/S 323, 506,427,34 IPC, 3(1)X of
SC/ST Act has been registered in P.S Nirmand on the written complaint
of Gulpal S/O Prem Chand r/o Kedas P.O Ghattu Tehsil Nirmand District
Kullu that on 16.4.2011 when he was at his shop two persons namely
Baldev &Dev Raj came to his shop and started to abuse & beaten him.
They broken his counter and also insulted to call him “Dagi” in a
public place. Investigation is going on.
CASE OF GRIEVOUS HURT
2. Case FIR No 69/11dated 16.4.2011 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in
P.S Kullu on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/o Prem Chand R/o
Naggar Tehsil Manali distt Kullu that he is beaten by Mr. Kant s/o
Sukh Dass village Padroo on 16.4.2011 & due to his beatings his two
tooth were broken. Case is being investigated by HC Parminder I.O P.S
Kullu.
CASE OF NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMAL
3. Case FIR No 70/11 dated 16.4.2011 U/S 289 IPC has been registered
in P.S Kullu on the statement of Kehar Singh s/o Mahal chand r/o H.No
162 Upper Sultanpur Kullu that on 16.4.2011 at about 8.30 PM when he
was going to his home, suddenly a pet dog of Sh. Charan Singh came &
bite him on his left leg. Above incident occurred due to the
negligence of owner of the Dog. Case is being investigated by SI Het
Ram I/C PP AB Kullu.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
4.On 16.4.2011 one person Sh. Room Singh s/o Kalu Ram R/o Washing P.O
Babeli age 55 yrs has been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C by ASI Kesar
Singh I.O P.S Kullu, when he was going to commit a cognizable offence.
CHALLANS UNDER MV ACT AND ANTI-SMOKING ACT
5.On 16.4.2011 10 Challan under MV Act has been done by SHO P.S
Bhunter, 4 challan under Smoking Act & 3 Challan under MV act have
been done by SHO P.S Kullu.
