CASE OF NARCOTICS
1. Case FIR No. 55/11 dated 12-04-2011 U/S 21 of NDPS Act registered in PS Manali on the rukka of ASI Jai Lal I/C PP Patlikul that on 12-04-2011 at about 5.15 PM he along with Police team was on Nakabandi near Police Post one vehicle No. HP 01K-1354 came from Manali side during search of vehicle 9 gram Heroine has been recovered from the dash board of the vehicle. On enquiry the driver/accused disclosed his name as Lot Ram S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O VPO Old Manali. Case is being investigated ASI Jai Lal I/C PP Patlikul.
2. Case FIR No. 36/11 dated 12-04-2011 U/ S 20 of NDPS Act registered in PS Banjar on the rukka of ASI Ram Lal I/O PS Banjar that on 12-04-2011 at 2.30 PM during patrolling at Bharo Nallah near bathad 2kg. Charas has been recovered from the possession of Smt. Neelma Devi W/O Late Mansa Ram Village Thanagan (Masniyar) P.O Bathad PS Banjar district Kullu.Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Lal I/O PS Banjar.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No 41/11 dated 12.4.2011 U/S 61-1-14 Ex Act Has been registered in PS Bhunter on the rukka of HC Chaman Lal alleging that during patrolling nearby pass chowk Bhunter he received a secret information that the owner of Arjun Dhaba selling the wine to his customer. During search of his Dhaba Five bottle of country wine has been recovered. Case is being investigation by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF GAMBLING ACT
4. On 12.4.2011 a telephonic information received in PS Kullu that some person playing card in house of Ved Ram S/o Sh. Nahtu Ram near Chinar Hotel Kullu. During search of above house Rs. 35,200/- has been recovered form the possession of Ailu Ram, Kishang, Keshav Ram and Chhape Ram. In this regard case FIR No 67/11 dated 12.4.2011 U/S 13-3-1967 Act has been registered in PS Kullu. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF INQUEST
5. Today 13.4.2011 one Shaffi Mohhamad R/O Dogri PO nagan tehsil Anni Distt Kullu informed to PS Anni that his niece Miss Sony @ Shakira age 14 years went for grass along with her mother. During cutting of grass she slipped and fell down from hill and they brought her to CHC Anni for treatment and where she died. Proceeding under section 174 CrPc has been carried out by SHO PS Anni and after Postmortem the dead is handed over to her father Ismaiel Mohmad.
