CRIME DATED 18.04.2011 UP TO 4 PM

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No 58/11 dated 17.4.11 U/S 279, 337 304 (A) IPC Has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Sh Keshav Ram S/o Nathu Ram R/o VPO Raison stated that on 17.4.2011 when he was going from Patlikuhal to Raman in Tempu No HP-66-2111which was driven by Rajesh Kumar and when they reached Chhaki Nallah in the mean time a private Bus No HP-66-2725 came from Manali side hit the above tempu and due to this Rajesh Kumar died on the spot. Case is being investigated by ASI Jai Lal I/C PP Patlikuhal.

CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No 34/11 dated 17.4.2011 U/S 341, 427, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in Anni on the statement of Kuldeep Mehta S/o Sh. Dawarka Dass r/o Chhawanti Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu stated that on 17.4.11at about 11 HRS Aanat Ram, his son satya Pal, Madan Lal and Yash Pal came Chhawanti and obstruct his stone crasher. They also abused him and threatened him with dire consequences.

CASE OF BURGLARY

3. Case FIR No. 71/11 Dated 18-4-11 U/S 457,380 IPC has been regd in P.S. Kullu on the report of Sh. Gopal Krishan S/O Hari Dutt R/O Kolani PO Dhalwahan P.S. Sarkaghat Distt Mandi at present tenant of Sh. Prem Chand VPO Sultanpur Math Tehsil & Distt Kullu. He stated that he along with his family has left for his home at vill. Kolani and when he came back on 17-4-11 and found that some unknown person has broken lock of the door of his residential quarter at Sultanpur Math and stolen away golden /silver ornaments i.e. Mangal Sutra, Chain, Jhumar , Chak, Rings ear rings etc. of worth Rs. 1,98000/- and currency note 26000/- .Total value of stolen property is 2,24000/-. SI Het Ram I/C PP City is investigating the Case.

CASE OF INQUEST

4. On 17.4.2011 Sh Raftar Singh ex President GP Karad informed telephonically to PS Anni that Paras Ram R/o Basira Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu age 47 years went Batot for luggage and when he reached near Oddagai the way was very muddy where he slipped and fell down from hill about 30 feet and died at Oddagai. Proceeding U/S 174 Crpc has benn carried out by ASI Rattan Chand. Dead is handed over to his son Amar Singh after postmortem.
