1. Case FIR No 47/11 dated 4.4.11 U/S 451, 506, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Ravi Thakur S/o Nihal Chand R/o Rangri Distt Kullu stated that on 04.4.11 when he was cleaning his shop in Ibex complex in the mean time his ex wife Mrs Angmo came there and attacked him with stick and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.
2. Case FIR No 23/11 dated 4.4.11 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC Has been registered in PS Nirmand on the complaint of Prakash chand S/o Devi Dass R/o Shil Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu alleging that on 3.4.11 when he was going back to his house after attended the Gram Panchayat meeting from Deem on the way Tara Chand , Duni Chand, Sunil And Surender obstruct his way and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is investigated by HC Payare Lal I/O PS Nirmand.
3. Case Fir No 64/11 dated 4.4.11 U/S 427, 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Smt Dini devi R/o Talogi Distt Kullu alleging that on 4.4.11 when she was working in newly constructed building in the mean time Mamta, Roshani and Geeta came there and beaten her and they broken her house door and window. Case is being investigated by L/HC Manoj Kumari I/C woman cell PS Kullu.
4. On 4.4.11 telephonically information received in this PS Kullu that a dead body is laying near Village Machhang.On this information SHO PS Kullu along with staff rushed to the spot. During the inquiry it was found that deceased Roshan Lal S/O Mani Ram R/O Nalhach Teh & distt kullu ward member GP Nalhach went to home after GP meeting at Primary school Machhang. On 4.4.2011 some villagers saw the dead body of Roshan Lal near village Machhang. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC has been carried out and after post mortem dead body handed over to the relative. No any doubt has shown by the relative on the death of deceased Roshan Lal.
6. To day telephonically information received form RH Kullu that a Baba who was admitted in Hospital has dead. On this information ASI Mohal Lal went to Hospital .During inquiry it was found that Baba was admitted on 4.4.2011 due to suffering from disease & belongs from Allahabad. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC has been carried out and after post mortem dead body is kept at dead house Kullu for identification.
7. Today on 05.4.2011 C.J.M. L&S at Kullu has sentenced one month imprisonment and fine Rs.2000/- to convict Barkat Ali S/o Immam Hussain R/o Katola Distt Mandi in case FIR No 55/06 dated 19.05.2006 U/S 41, 42 Indian Forest Act, 379 IPC PS Banjar as he was found smuggled fourteen scants of Deodar in Van No HP-02-0694 during checking at check Post Larji on 19.5.06 at 12 Noon. Case investigated by HC Hari Singh I/O PS Banjar.
8. Monthly crime and welfare meeting was organized in SP Office today. Officers and SHOs attended the meeting.
