Due to this driver of tractor Sanju Tama died on the spot. Case is being investigated by Sub.Inspector Om Chand I/O PS Manali.

162 Upper Sultanpur Kullu that on 16.4.2011 at about 8.30 PM when he
was going to his home, suddenly a pet dog of Sh. Charan Singh came &
bite him on his left leg. Above incident occurred due to the

4.On 16.4.2011 one person Sh. Room Singh s/o Kalu Ram R/o Washing P.O
Babeli age 55 yrs has been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C by ASI Kesar
Singh I.O P.S Kullu, when he was going to commit a cognizable offence.

SC/ST Act has been registered in P.S Nirmand on the written complaint

Kullu that on 16.4.2011 when he was at his shop two persons namely
Baldev &Dev Raj came to his shop and started to abuse & beaten him.
They broken his counter and also insulted to call him “Dagi” in a
public place. Investigation is going on.

CRIME DATED 16.04.2011 UP TO 4 PM
ITALIAN ARRESTED UNDER NDPS ACT
1. Case FIR No. 56/11 dated 15-04-2011 U/S 20 NDPS Act registered in PS Manali on the rukaa of ASI Ram Sawroop that he along with Police team was on Patrolling in Van- Bihar. At around 5.30 pm one person was hiding some thing behind the cedar tree and he was apprehended with the help of officials. On enquiry he disclosed his name Gabriele Bagnoli S/O Casla R/O Empali Italy and hidden plastic jar was checked and 25 gms Charas was recovered. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Sawroop I/O PS Manali. This person was previously arrested for similar offense in past but was later acquitted by court.
CASE OF TRESSPASSING
2. Case FIR No 57/11 dated 15.4.2011 U/S 448 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Sonam Ram S/o Kalsang R/o House No 77 ward No 6 alleging that he has taken a shop No 5 on rent from Ravi Thakur. On 18.311he left to Bodh Gaya and his daughter left for Karnatka. On 08.4.2011 when they return back they found that Ravi Thakur owner of the shop vacant the shop in his absence and articles worth rupees about three Lacks was not found there and above shop was given to another person. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.

Case FIR No 68/11 dated 16.4.11 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Ishwar Dass Head Teacher GPS Badah-II that on 15/16-4-2011 some unknown culprits has stolen away kitchen articles. Total value of stolen property is Rs 7500/-. Case is being investigated by SI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

1. Case FIR No 42/11 dated 14.4.2011 U/S 457,380,511 IPC has been registered in P.S Bhuntar against one Sh. Dhale Ram S/O Late Sh. Tej Ram R/O Mashgan on the Statement of Sh. Amar Chand Sharma S/O Sh. Uttam Ram Sharma R/O Sarabai alleging that in the intervening night of 13/14-4.2011 at about 3.00 AM the above named Dhale Ram entered in their house and was attempting to theft. The Dhale Ram was caught red handed by Sh. Amar Chand and their neighbors. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Bhuntar.

2. Today on 14-04-11 Smt Anita Devi Pradhan Mahila Mandal Lanka Bekar informed telephonically to P.S Kullu that one dead body is laying at Lanka Bekar near Beas river. On this information SHO P.S Kullu along with Police staff rushed to the spot. On verification it is found that the dead body of deceased identified Smt. Ishwar Pati W/o Lt.Sh. Uttam Sen R/o Khawangi P.O. Recong peo distt Kinnaur who is missing from field Hostel Kullu on 04.04.2011.Dead body taken in to the possession and sent to R.H.kullu for postmortem and after postmortem dead body is handed over to her daughter Kanya devi. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC has been carried out by SHO PS Kullu.

Case FIR No 41/11 dated 12.4.2011 U/S 61-1-14 Ex Act Has been registered in PS Bhunter on the rukka of HC Chaman Lal alleging that during patrolling nearby pass chowk Bhunter he received a secret information that the owner of Arjun Dhaba selling the wine to his customer. During search of his Dhaba Five bottle of country wine has been recovered. Case is being investigation by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Bhunter.

4. On 12.4.2011 a telephonic information received in PS Kullu that some person playing card in house of Ved Ram S/o Sh. Nahtu Ram near Chinar Hotel Kullu. During search of above house Rs. 35,200/- has been recovered form the possession of Ailu Ram, Kishang, Keshav Ram and Chhape Ram. In this regard case FIR No 67/11 dated 12.4.2011 U/S 13-3-1967 Act has been registered in PS Kullu. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PS Kullu.

During cutting of grass she slipped and fell down from hill and they brought her to CHC Anni for treatment and where she died. Proceeding under section 174 CrPc has been carried out by SHO PS Anni and after Postmortem the dead is handed over to her father Ismaiel Mohmad.
