CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
1. Case FIR No 490/11 dated 09/09/2011 u/s 20 of NDPS and 33 IF Act has been registered on the Rukka of SI Roop Singh I/O PS Kullu that on 09/09/2011 at about 2 PM when he along with Police Party went for the destruction of Cannabis plants near Tandla. Some unknown persons cultivated about 5-6 Bighes cannabis crop in forest land. Case is being investigating by SI Roop Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No 237/11 dated 09/09/2011 u/s 279,337 IPC Act has been registered in PS Banjar on statement of Pawan Kumar S/O Chet Ram R/O Mandli PO Banjar stated that on 09/09/2011 at about 6:30 PM he was in vehicle No HP 01K- 1629 from Jibhi to Banjar. When they reached KotlaDhar at 6:45 PM above vehicle rolled down from road due to rash and negligent driving of Driver Guddu S/O Jeet Ram R/O Mandli . As a results of which he and driver sustained injuries .case is being investigating by ASI Prabhu Ram I/O PS Banjar.
