1. Case FIR No 201/11 dated 06.09.11 U/s 279,337 IPC & 187 M.V Act has
been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Gian Dass S/o Sh.
Dolu Ram R/o Shurad PO Khokan district Kullu stated that on 06.09.11
at about 2.30.pm his son namely Suresh Kumar @ Shashi was coming home
on Motor cycle from Shamshi. When his son reached near Sangam hotel
Bhunter ,in the mean time one jeep bearing No. HP-66-5645 came rashly
and hit his son, as a result of his son sustained injured. Jeep driver
took his son to PHC and ran away from there. Case is being
investigated by HC Jitender Kumar I/O TTR Bhunter.
CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY
2. Case FIR No. 325/11 dated 06.09.11 U/s 354 IPC has been registered
in PS Anni on the application of Smt. Asha Devi (fictitious name ) R/o
Mathena Tehsil Anni district Kullu alleged that on 05.09.11 at about
6.00.pm she went to field for taking grass, in the mean time one
person namely Kanshi Ram S/o Sh. Hari Chand came there with the
intention of outraging her modesty. Case is being investigated by
SI/SHO PS Anni.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
3. Five persons namely :-
1. Man Bhadur S/o Sh. Jakh Bhadur R/o Pori Tehsil & Distt. Jaderkot Nepal .
2. Man Bhadur Singh S/o Sh. Dirim Bhadur Singh R/o Nikbanda
Tehsil & distt. Jaderkot Nepal.
3. Bir Bhadur S/o Sh. Ram Bhadur R/o Pori Tehsil & Distt. jaderkot Nepal.
4. Dhan Bhadur S/o Sh. Aiit Bhadur R/o Baratho Tehsil & distt.
Baaglung Nepal.
5. Pirium Thakur S/o Jung R/o Pori ward No. 2 Tehsil & distt.
Jaderkot Nepal have been arrested under section 41(2) 109 Crpc in PS
Kullu on 06.09.11 at about 7.00 pm near Kasol, as they were found in
suspicious condition.
CASE OF ARREST UNDER HP POLICE ACT
4. One Sunder Singh S/o Sh. Thakur Chand R/o Armearh PO Kamang Katoula
District Mandi age about 26 years has been arrested under section
114,115 Police Act in PS Kullu on 06.09.11 near Shitla Mata Temple
Kullu ,as he was found in drunken condition.
