CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND THEFT
1. Case FIR No 485/11 dated 03/9/2011 u/s 323,382,341,34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Achhar Singh S/o Sh Sadik Lal R/o AB Kullu stated that on 02/096/2011 at about 11.30 PM when he was coming on scooter to home from his relatives house from Hanumani Bag ,when he reached near Kailash Theater three persons obstructed his way and beaten him and also snatched Rs 7600/- . Case is being investigating by HC Nater Singh I/O PP City AB Kullu.
CASE OF GRIVIOUS HURT
2. Case FIR N0 486 dated 03/09/2011 u/s 325 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh Khushi Ram A/P Driver of HRTC stated that on 01/09/2011 when he was on rest in rest room HRTC Bus Stand Kulllu at about 11.30 PM Driver Purn Chand came there in drunken condition and started to abuse and beaten him. As a result of which his four teeth have broken .case is being investigating by HC Jai Singh I/O PP City AB Kullu.
