CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 241/11 dated 13.09.11 U/S 341,323, 506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Smt. Urmila Devi W/o Sh. Vinod Kumar R/o Dogri PO Joan Tehsil Nirmand district Kullu stated that on 13.09.11 at about 6.00 pm when she was going to her father house on the way her husband, mother-in-law and brother-in-law meet her and obstructed her way and beaten her. They also threatened her with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by ASI Narender Kumar I/O PS Nirmand.
CASE OF OBSRUCTING GOVERNMENT SERVANT
2. Case FIR No. 344/11 dated 13.09.11 U/S 332,323 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of HHG dev Raj No. 7/9-01 presently posted in PS Manali stated that on 13.09.11 while he along with HHG Kamal No. 7/5-41 were in CHC Manali for medical examination duty of one Harish Kumar S/o Sh. Iqbal Singh R/o Village Baraj Mahu PO Rai District Unaw (UP) . During examination above Harish Kumar beaten him. Harish Kumar has been arrested in this case. Case is being investigated by ASI Orinder Singh I/O PS Manali.
ARREST OF ACCUSED
3. One Raju Ram S/o Sh. Patu Ram R/o Dhara Kutla P.O Bharihin Sub. Tehsil Sainj District Kullu has been arrested in Case FIR No. 63/11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act PS Bhunter, as he was found involved in cultivation of poppy plants in his field.
