CASE OF INQUEST

1.       On 24.9.11at about 8.20 PM telephonic information received in police station Manali from the Lady Willingdon Hospital Manali that one Foreign National was brought dead from Old Manali. On this information SHO P.S Manali along with staff rushed to the hospital and found that that above foreigner namely Mr. Tristan Michael Eyre, is heaving dual nationality British and Australian. British Passport no 707289410 dated   valid up to 4.11.2019 and Australian PP No X 2009572 valid up to 15.7.11.  During enquiry it is revealed that the above foreigner was staying in Bramha Guest House old Manali since 4.9.2011. On 24.9.2011 at about 8 PM his friends brought him for treatment to above mentioned hospital when they found him unconscious in his room. In hospital the Medical Officer declared him dead. The Cause of death could not be ascertained yet Proceedings U/S 174 Cr. PC are being carried out by ASI Orender Singh I/O P.S Manali.

CASE OF BURGLARY

2.        Case FIR No. 497/11 Dated 25-9-11 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S Kullu on the statement of Smt Oma Devi W/O Dilsukh R/O Vill Pirdi H.No. 082 P.O. Mohal Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on the intervening night of 24/25-9-11 some unknown culprits entered in her house by breaking the grill of window and stolen away 3 Golden tili, one chalk , 4000/- Rupees . Total cost of stolen property about Rs. 15000/- .Case is being investigated by the Mukesh Kumar SI I/O P.S. Kullu.  

CASE OF INQUEST

3.      On dated 24.9.11 at around 3 PM owner of   Green forest guest house Mr. Mehar Chand informed telephonically in PS Manali that one person namely Sumit Goswami S/o Sh. BK Goswami R/O RZB-73 AB Street No. 5 Gurdwara road Mahavir Enclave New Delhi-45 age 27 yrs. was staying in his guest house in the room no. 1 since 20.9.11 is found dead in room. On this information ASI Rajeev along with police team rushed to the spot. During inquiry it is revealed that above deceased had ordered for Lunch at around 11.30 AM   and lunch was provided to him in the room. After that usually above person used to order for tea around 2.30 PM but  when he did not ordered for tea , on this they went to check the room and tried  to call him but he did not open the door. Then they opened the door and the above Sumit Goswami was found dead. The dead body of deceased brought for PMR to CHC Manali. Proceedings U/S 174 Cr.PC is being  carried out by ASI Rajeev I/O P.S Manali
