CASE OF ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 346/11 dated 15.09.11 U/s 279,337 IPC & 184,187 MV Act has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Smt. Mani Devi W/o Sh. Neel Chand VPO Archandi Tehsil Manali District Kullu stated that on 15.09.11 at about 11.30.am she was going towards Nagar on foot on the road side, in the mean time one M/cycle came rashly from opposite side and hit her on right leg and motor cycle rider run away from the spot , as a result she sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Mohinder Singh I/O PP Patlikuhal.
CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY
2. Case FIR No. 87/11 dated 15.09.11 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the statement of Kahan Singh s/o Sh. Salig Ram VPO Poshna Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu stated that on 15.09.11 at about 7.45 am he was coming home from Goshain on the way one Pritam Singh obstructed his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by HC Kartar singh I/O PS brow.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No.88/11 dated 15.09.11 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Brow on the rukka of ASI Tek Singh I/O PS Brow against Sher Singh S/o Sh. Kaul Ram VPO Kharga District Kullu, as Police recovered 44 bottles of Beer and 10 bottles of country wine from his possession during patrolling at Kharga in his Kariyana shop. Case is being investigated by ASI Tek Chand I/O PS Brow.
ARREST OF STRANGERS
4. On 15.09.11 two person namely Riyaj S/o Majbul VPO Hasila PS Ramgarh Distt. hazari Baag (Jharkhand) age about 24 years. and Mohomend Bakil S/o Mune Khan R/o Dhearpur PO Bijour PS Kotwari distt. Bijnour (UP) age about 19 years have been arrested under section 41(2) 109 Cr.pc in PS Kullu near Shishamati Kullu, as they found in suspicious condition.
