CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No 202/11 dated 10.09.11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Kavinder Singh S/o Sh. Hafe Ram R/OJestha Tehsi1 and district Kullu stated that on 10.09.11 at about 10.30.am he alongwith Harish Kumar and his sister were standing near Bhunter bus stand, in the mean time one bus bearing No. HP-38-7566 came rashly from Kullu side and hit Harish Kumar, as a result of Harish Kumar sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Jitender Kumar I/O  TTR Bhunter.

CASE OF THEFT

2. Case FIR No. 327/11 dated 10.09.11 U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Sh. Kishori lal S/o Sh. Sanju Ram, Jelehar PO Kandagal Tehsil & PS Anni district Kullu A/p vegetable shop at Chowai stated that on 10.09.11 he parked his motor cycle at Chowai two person namely Dev -Raj and Rakesh Kumar have stolen away his motorcycle pulsar 150 CC from Chowai. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Anni.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 237/11 dated 10.09.11 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Anil KUmar S/o Sh. Mast ram R/O Pokhdhar PO Nirmand district Kullu stated that on 10.09.11 at about 4.45 pm one Maruti Ritz car bearing No. HP-35-1603 came from Pokhdhar to Nirmand. When vehicle reached near Rapa mod the driver Jia Lal lost the control and met with an accident, as a result of which two child namely Ankush and Shailja died on the spot and four person sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Singh I/O PS Nirmand.           

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST OF STRANGERS

4. Five persons namely:-
1. Bhim Bhadur S/o Sh. Mahant R/O Village Bhalwan Distt. Tilang Nepalage about 19 years.
2. Bheem Chand S/o Man Prased VPO  Vill Sabzi Mandi distt. ThangNepal age about 19 years.
3. Subhash S/o Padam bhadur R/O village Chopara disttt. Thang Nepalage about 19 years.
4. Rajesh S/o Ram Bhadur R/O Village Badd distt. Thang Nepal ageabout 20 years.
5. Dhreej S/o Ghamanda R/O Village subji Mandi Distt. Thang Nepal age about 19 years have been arrested under section 41 (2) 109 CrPC in PS Bhunter on 10.09.11, as they were found in suspicious condition.
