CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No 238/11 dated 1.09.11 U/S 354,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Smt. ABC (Fictitious Name) R/o Nandan PO Deem Tehsil Nirmand stated that on 10.09.11 at about 07.15 pm she was going to home when she reached near bus stand Deem, in the mean time Indru Ram, Ganga Singh and Jai Singh caught her with the intention of outraging her modesty . They used filthy language and also threatened to her with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by ASI Narender Kumar I/O PS Nirmand.
CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 239/11 dated 11.09.11 U/S 147,148,149,336,506,504 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o VPO Arsu Tehsil Nirmand stated that on 11.09.11 at about 1.30 pm he along with his labour working in his home, in the mean time Dhani Ram , Mani Ram , Pune Ram , Ganga Devi and Muma Devi came their and gave beating to him. They also threatened with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by ASI Lok Chand I/O PS Nirmand.
