1. Case FIR No 206/11 dated 19.09.11 U/S 498(A), 506, 34 IPC has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Smt. Rani Bodh W/o Sh. Om
Prakash R/o Linger PO Shansha Distt L&S at present Sharabai Distt
Kullu stated that she got married with Om Prakash . They lived normal
life up to one year and after one year Om Prakesh and her father and
mother in law started torturing her and demanding dowry. Case is
being investigated by ASI Nirmal Singh I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING IN DISCHARGE OF DUTIES BY PUBLIC SERVANT
2. Case FIR No. 349/11 dated 19.09.11 U/S 353,332,34 IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the application of Prem Singh Meena S/o Sh.
Ganpati Meena R/o Gomti colony district Karauli (Raj.) at present
J.E. Grief Rohtang Tunnel stated that on 19.09.11 at about 3.40.pm
he was on checking the work site of his labours . Pemba Sherpa and
his wife Sange Sherpa were working to erect one wall .He asked them
about quality of work, on this Pemba Sherpa and his wife gave beaten
to him . Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/o PS Manali.
