CASE OF CHEATING

1.      Case FIR No 504/11 dated 29.09.2011 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Inder Jeet Singh S/o Late Tulsi Ram Village Badah Distt Kullu alleged that he was a member of SOS Company and he invested Rs 79000/- in the above company but the above company fled away with all money for Delhi but the CMD Raman Kumar, CEO Rakesh Kuamr and local agent cheated him. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan lal I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No 208/11 dated 29.09.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the on the statement of Tule Ram R/o Jari PO Baradha Distt Kullu stated that on 29.9.11 when he was coming on his Mazda towards Barshaini from Sunder Nagar at about 10.35 PM when he reached near Mahasu Resort one Motor Cycle No HP-34A-0273 crashed on back side of his Mazda. Case is being investigated by ASI Nirmal Singh I/O PS Bhunter.

CASE OF MISSING REPORT

3.      Today one Sh.Gian Chand s/o Balam Chand Vill. Sidhwan P.O. Manglour tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu reported in this police station along with his son Chet Ram that his daughter-in-law Smt. Seema devi w/o Chet ram vill. Sidhwan P.O. Manglour tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu missing from home since 28/9/2011. They searched her at  every possible place, but could not trace her.

CASE OF ARREST UNDER HP POLICE ACT FOR BEING DRUNK AND RIOTOUS

4.       Today one Labh singh s/o Tulu Ram vill. Nalasari P.O. Thatibeer tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu has been arrested u/s 114/115(2) Police Act 2007 by ASI Prabhu ram I/O P.S Banjar.

CASE OF ARREST UNDER HP POLICE ACT FOR BEING DRUNK AND RIOTOUS

5.       One person nemely Kamal Negi S/O Sh. Baljeet Negi R/O Jatehar Vihal P.O Katrain Tehsil & Distt. Kullu HP has been arrested U/S 114/115 (2) Police Act by ASI Gangbir Singh I/O P.S Manali on 29-9-11.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING FOR MARRIAGE 

6.      Case FIR No 328/11 dated 30-09-2011 u/s 363,366 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Subo Devi w/o Dola Singh R/o Binan PO Pueog tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu that on dated 22-09-2011 she and her husband went to do work at their field on the evening they did not found their daughter at home and on 25-09-2011 Subo devi received a call on her mobile from Namhol Bilaspur that her daughter is in her brother in law’s home. Rakesh Kumar S/o Rattan Singh village Ghayal brought her there for marriage. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Anni.

CONVICTIONS IN PREVIOUS CASES

7.      Today on 30.09.2011 two persons namely (1) Virender Sood @ Pinka S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Inner AB kullu and (2) Mr. Basant Singh S/o Bahadur Singh R/o Rakkar PO Joginder Naggar Distt Mandi at present truck driver both are convicted for the period of one year and fined Rs. 5000/- each under section 353, 34 IPC, U/S 506, 34 IPC three years each, U/S 341, 34 IPC for one month each and under section186 IPC Rs 500/-each by Ld CJM Kullu SH. Padam Singh Thakur in respect of previous case FIR No 537/04 dated 19.11.2004 U/S 353, 332, 341, 506, 34 IPC PS Kullu. FIR was registered by Mr. Ashwini Rajsh, the then RTO Kullu.
